I just set up a new patient visit here so I'll update my review as needed, but just wanted to shout out Carolina who I spoke to on the phone to set up an appointment with my new primary doctor at this location. Not sure if she works specifically here or at some sort of central UCI location but she was very professional and very efficient, and had me set up in no time. Thanks, Carolina!My wife is a former patient of Dr. Samuel C Lin MD, and we had to change when we moved out of state for my residency. Now that we're back here in California she liked him so much that we decided to come back and see him again, and I decided to make him my PCP as well!

I just encountered myself with a nurse that works at this location at a store across the street and omg when I said I’ve never met anyone with such a bad racist behavior ever! Her behavior towards me and my kids was so alarming and scary. I had to get security to get her away from me because i felt like she was going to attack me! She was cussing and screaming at me over me being close to her in an aisle. Coming from a health worker from this location is so unacceptable and doesn’t deserve to work here! Especially wearing her work uniform and badge! Please be aware and careful.

The Radiology scheduler and I went through our calendars to find a time that worked. Once we finally found a time and scheduled it she told me I had to be there a half hour before that time. When I explained how that doesn't work for me due to a prior appointment she could not understand. She could not conceptually understand how time and scheduling works and why I would not be able to make it a half hour early and would need a different time. I was treated rudely and am not optimistic about my appointment. Also the phone tree is hard to hear.Update: I showed up a half hour early and waited 45 minutes before talking to the front desk and eventually being seen.I called the number that they listed in their response and they didn't know what was going on. It takes you to a phone tree and I got to somebody who could help me. They said they don't deal with the Google stuff. That's a different department.

My first time at UCI health and I was greeted great! Dr. Regan A Chan actively listened to my primary health concerns. Dr. Regan A Chan provided great insight and remained informative about some of my health issues. I am very grateful to have Dr. Regan A Chan as my doctor. I felt heard and understood.

Dr. Keshava, MD a thoracic surgeon entered information information into my wife's, most recent, medical progress notes that she was able to do certain activities that she never told him. It seems to be a serious problem with not only this doctor, but several of the physicians my wife has seen for her medical issues at UCI.

I have been a patient at this Clinic for a few years now, and I have nothing but positive experience. Dr. Samuel Lin is very professional and knows a lot about my health. He has been a great doctor, and I recommend him and the clinic staff. It is a clean and modern facility. Overall I do recommend this clinic. Thank you

Laboratory technicians are nice and kind.The billing department is exactly the opposite. The lack of professionalism demonstrated by the billing department showed how miserable they are. When seeking explanations or clarification regarding my bill, the billing operator not only failed to provide satisfactory answers but also raised their voices and exhibited an unprofessional demeanor. Such behavior is highly unbecoming of an institution like UCI and leaves a lasting negative impression on individuals who are already seeking resolution in a challenging situation.It is essential that the operators receive adequate training in customer service and communication skills, ensuring that patients are treated with the respect and empathy they deserve. Additionally, I implore you to review and reconsider your laboratory pricing structure which are overpriced compared to other laboratory clinics, taking into account the financial hardships faced by patients and striving to provide more affordable options for necessary medical services.

I would like to create a group to get anyone who is involved in the unethical billing practices of uci medical centers. Please let's get to the bottom of the issue! They never once tell you they charge a facility fee at the time of the appointment. And even you sign the term and condition nothing then too. Then a month later you get charged Hospital services even though you see a doctors office out patient. Then ironic you see a PA but get charged seeing a specialist. Let us join together and get to the bottom of their billing.

They're Haiv Dr.Catherine Diamond called me the patient..Delusional & recommended a Physic Dr...then theyre private UCI Dem Dr I want to at Gotchalk Plaza in aIrvine said I had Mites and to take his medicine and it would be gone not to call him..it didn't work The UCI ER physician..wouldnt do anybtests and said I had Pariasphtosis delusions..2 years later Im fighting to love and spitting up parasites and have a tumor as its feeding off me & alive lost over 20 lbs and my hair covered..They will be hearing my name again from my lawyer that'd 3 Uci MS and Im going to get it so at min they do better and theyre always booked 2 to 3 month out and have a terrible bedside manner. Don't do it!

The front office staffs are awfully rude. I showed up to my appointment and found out the appointment was canceled. I even received a text message of reminder of appointment 2 days prior. They lied about rescheduling the appointment. They are too lazy do anything in taking care the patients. They can come up with many excuses for many things they didn't do or fail to do. No apology is how they know to take care a patient. If you love the doctors in this office, it is an unfortunate to put up with the front staffs like this. I just wish my doctor move to a better office.

Tracy Pope @ tracy_pope and danialv14 Dani Alvarado on TikTok both made a video while at work criticizing a patient that was asking for help. This is going against hippa laws and should be against company policy. And in the caption of the video, it says here’s your turkey Sammy RandY. They’re also in scrubs with the hospital or clinics name, clearly embroidered in the scrub top. I pray someone in ministration, sees this comment, and makes them responsible for doing this. It’s unprofessional. On their part.

TERRIBLE Communication!!!!what happened to this place? They use to be top notch Nurse tells you stuff just to shut you up, then says I don't know I'm just the nurse instead of saying II'll try to find out for you. . Tells us the patient is being transferred out today - only to be there 2 days more, We Never met up with any of the floor doctors- to find out the prognosis~ or to ask our questions Nothing! Very FRUSTRATING. Bring back the old days where people cared actually cared

I am very pleased with the OR department in this establishment. I have been going to them since 2015 (work comp procedures) and I haven't been disappointed yet. I will say, I work for their sister hospital and I wld still recommend this OR. I also want to give a big "thank you" to Tonya k RN, who has been my or nurse for the PAST three PROCEDURES, she is always making me laugh (laughter is the best remedie in my opinion in matters like this) but I would seriously like to give a big props to ALL the OR team that always make very pleasant and very quick when not short staffed. I would also like to complement the admitting department who is always prompt with their registration process. Sincerely Gloria M.
