U-Pack choose to loose 3K worth of service due to lack of flexibility. Don't alienate your loyal customers. I have used U-Pack and thoroughly enjoyed their service. Unfortunately I went with their competition MyPODS - who provided excellent service. Remember to treat your customers with respect and do not take us for granted.

Moving can be stressful, but U-Pack made the process so much easier. The quotes were accurate, and the pricing was affordable compared to other moving companies. I was able to Tetris-pack the trailer perfectly, which saved me an extra 2 feet and knocked $390 off my final bill—what a win! Scheduling the pickup and delivery of my ReloCube was simple, and the drivers were friendly and professional. I was able to pack and unpack on my own schedule, which made the move feel much less rushed. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and I couldn't be happier with the service. I'll definitely be recommending U-Pack to anyone who's planning a move.

Very happy with my cross-country move from New York to Los Angeles with U-pack! It was easy to book a relocation cube and their customer portal lays out information extremely clearly.
Communication was great and my pod arrived on time for loading. The trip itself only took 7 days from NY to LA! Oscar from the Orange facility in LA is the friendliest person ever :) He made our day by delivering our pod at 5pm on a Friday, after we requested a last-minute delivery.
They also picked up the cube in a timely manner as well. Our stuff arrived intact. Only cost $2200ish for this move. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience with U-PACK, we did not use the pod. We used the trailer to give us plenty of room to pack things. U-PACK gives updates once is on the move and informs you to schedule a delivery. The value we paid for this service was great

Was so easy and cheap compared to other moving companies and put my mind at ease with the whole process! None of our stuff got lost, we had the power to control how we packed our container, and even got some money back because we didn't end up using all the space up! Would highly recommend Upack to anyone I know that is making a big move (especially to a different state). Everyone I spoke to and had contact with were very nice as well

This was an excellent moving experience. Contracting and scheduling was simple. The sturdy pod arrived as promised and was very clean inside. The delivery driver thoroughly went over the paperwork and transportation to the pod's delivery location. Loading the pod on our driveway saved money. The loaded pod actually arrived 3 days before the estimated delivery date. We will use this service again.

I used Upack to move from central texas to california. The cubes arrived on time to my texas apartment, picked up on time, and delivered on time (actually 2 days earlier). People were really nice and helpful when i went to pick up my stuff to the center service. Highly recommended

I used U-Pack on my move from California to Florida and I would highly recommend them. Their staff was professional and friendly. It was easy to keep track of my move on their website. Their pricing is very fair. Of all the options out there, U-Pack was the best for me.

By far the cheapest option compared to the other companies like Pack Rat & PODS. 27 foot long trailer. As long as you pack it to the top and make sure you tie down everything as you go, you will get an entire house in the trailer. The drivers are awesome. The call center is super helpful! Highly recommended!

From the first call to obtain a quote every customer service rep was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Delivery of the trailer was timely, and even earlier than scheduled. scheduling pickup was easy and quick. we did pay the expedited fee to receive the trailer within 8 days and we were able to schedule early delivery in our new state by 2 days! I would highly recommend UPack for any move due to the affordability and the ease of scheduling and use.

I was incredibly impressed with U-Pack. So much that I'm leaving a review which i hardly ever do. They were flexible, helpful, and were even able to drop off our trailer early when I requested it. Above and beyond service. Will use again!
