Least liked on my list of Trader Joe’s (which includes several all across the country). Staff is unfriendly, begrudging service, e.g., manager lifted an eyebrow matching a blank expression — as if pissed I dared ask for help — when I asked where an item was. I think that manager forgot that’s all part of working retail.
Last time I’m shopping here. Grateful there are other local TJ’s with consistently pleasant customer service.

I'm not sure if this is the name off cashier, but it says "b,Michael", till 4 @11:09am. The worst employee I've experienced at trader joes. I guess he thought i wear a nursing uniform as a disguise to commit theft.

I enjoy my trips to this location. The staff is always willing to help find an item you're looking for even though they're busy. Their prices are decent. I love the floral selection. I can always find peonies here at a reasonable price! Excellent products to fill gift baskets, and they are the only store I know still carries the mississippi mud beer! Check out is always a breeze with the cashiers!

I went in to get a product that they always used to carry and could not, for the life of me, find it. I asked one of the employees and they said it wasn’t a very popular item so they decided not to keep it in stock. She offered to order it for me though and said to check back in a couple of days. A couple of days go by and I went in again. The same exact situation happened, but this time the employee I spoke to took down my name and number and said to check back in a couple more days. Again, I went in and had to ask two separate employees about it because it still wasn’t on the shelf. They said they had received it in their shipment that day but assumed that it must’ve sold out in the couple of hours it was in the store. First of all, if it wasn’t a popular item, why was it all sold out in a matter of hours? Second, they took my information down but didn’t even have the decency to notify me that it had come in? After all of this, I was understandably rather annoyed. So I called another location that ended up having what I was looking for. The only downside was that it was about 25 minutes drive from my house, but I didn’t care. When I arrived, the gentleman I spoke to was so helpful and led me directly to where the product was placed in their store. I, of course, grabbed several bags and he even suggested another product that I ended up buying and now LOVE. He even took me to an open register so that I didn’t have to wait in line and he rung me up. It was a night and day difference from the other TJ’s location. The location in Orange is always over crowded, the employees act as if they couldn’t be bothered to help their customers and, after this experience, I guess it’s safe to say they don’t have the best communication skills. Sorry for the long post.
