I went to Toyota of Orange to buy my very first car. Miguel Perfetti has been absolutely amazing to work with from the very first phone call to the last handshake before I drove off in my newly purchased 2021 Toyota Prius LE. Miguel is very straightforward, knowledgeable, and approachable. He made me feel very comfortable in what I thought would be a very stressful situation. Miguel showed me the car, offered lots of personal insights, and answered all my questions. He was also always available and very responsive. I am very happy with my purchase and with how helpful people of Toyota of Orange have been to me and I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking to purchase a car!

I want to give a shout out to David Velilla, the Service Manager at Toyota of Orange. Buying a car is important, but so is receiving amazing vehicle care and service. Thank you, David, for providing superior customer service!! I always purchase my cars from Steve Lewis, he continually takes great care of us. I refer everyone I know to see Steve. Toyota of Orange kills it again!!

They scheduled me for a Saturday for my Toyota Care service. It was super busy that day, and I was bummed they said they couldn't check out the other issue I was having on top of the oil change/service. They called to say it was ready, and I asked if I could keep it there until Monday so they could check out the noise. He said yes, but they ended up making time to check out the noise (it was an easy fix, no charge!) and I was able to pick it up that day. Service was very good.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! First off, yes a lot of car salespeople lie or hide details to get you into the cars they want to sell but it’s not right. This car dealership wants to get rid of the Mirai. DO NOT let them talk you into one. They make the Mirai sound great, well let me tell you, it isn’t and you will regret it. We came in to look at the Rav4, we were THINKING about trading in, not 100% sure. The salesman showed us the rav4 but then talked up the Mirai for “better gas mileage” horribly untrue. “Free hydrogen card thats last UP TO 3 years. Also untrue with the hydrogen prices skyrocketing (see fillup pictures) I could write a novel about how bad of a situation we’re in now but I’ll just leave you with one more detail. The Mirai goes for between 50k and 70k but after you purchase, the trade in value is under 18k so you’ve immediately thrown away at least 30k. Gone. AND they will not rewind the loan.Edit: apparently we should be happy that they were able to get us into the Rav4 HOWEVER toyota Finance has messed up even that. We’re still being billed for the toyota Mirai AND it is still my partners credit. Now it even looks like we’ve missed a payment on a car we dont own and are not in possession of. WE ARE NOT SATISFIED THANKS FOR YOUR RESPONSE.

Sales: ask for Luis! Finance: Ask for David! Both men answered all my questions. Got the car I wanted and made the process so quick. They both understood what I wanted from the car and packages and worked the deal just as I wanted. I didn't have to deal with any back and forth or miscellaneous add-ons. definitely will be picking up another car in the near future when the 3rd gen gr86 comes out.

We were looking for a pre-owned 12 Toyota 4runner and saw their online advertisement. After signing all the papers, we found there were issues, we had to cancel our purchase. Extremely impressed of how professional everyone was at the dealership, not only in the service department but everyone else had a smile and was professional. I came in after buying a used vehicle at a different Toyota dealership and Toyota of Orange took very good care of me as if I had bought the car from them. Patrick was very thorough and explained to me everything about the warranty program I had. I sent a follow up email asking him a few question and instead of just answering my email he called me, and answered my questions. His phone call back really meant a lot to me. He went above and beyond to call the other dealership to get more information about the car which he then relayed to me. Thank you Patrick for taking care of me, I had such a terrible experience at a different Toyota dealership and you put a smile on my face and actually made me feel good about purchasing a Toyota. Patrick, you are very knowledgeable in the cars you sell.

We bought a 2024 Corolla SE (cash deal) and got a reasonable deal on a car they had at the store. We came in knowing what we wanted. We got as close as possible to that car, with some extra features at a fair price. This new car is a solid choice for our needs. The store has helpful people who made to process to buy it flow quickly. We are happy driving it. Thank you.

This review is for service.I bought my car in May of 2022. I've taken my car for service now 3 times and have had great experiences. I like how they call you in advance to schedule your appointment. This time I had to call since I had missed theirs. Catherine was able to schedule me in right away. I dropped off my car on a Saturday morning so it was a bit busy but the line moved up accordingly. The service took about 2 hours and I was notified that my car was ready.
