I bought my car back in February with Carlos Perez and he made the process quick and easy. Since then, I have been getting all my vehicles serviced here. Patrick in service has been my service advisor since, and I don’t plan on having anyone else but him providing me with the best service. Credit is due where credit is earned, and Toyota of Orange will not disappoint you!

David Blumenthal and his team at Toyota of Orange was extremely great to work with. No games, no hassles, and just transparent. They were able to help secure an early allocation of a tough to find car for me! Would highly recommend the dealership and David!

Aron Parra was my service technician. Was not honest about the estimated time, would not answer my texts asking for updates. When I went to pay and voiced concerns that my windshield was still warped told me he didn't see anything, that it was a smudge, that it was the sun's reflection and treated me like he thought I'm some kind of imbecile. I have no idea what the other advisors are like but the fact that when I kept voicing my concerns to even the manager David that he brushed me off like I don't know what I'm seeing completely put me off this dealership. Told me they'll forward to regional office but said they "more than likely" won't do anything so I'm S.O.L. If you're a woman don't even bother coming here, they treat you like you're a liar or an idiot and rip you off. Two weeks without a car, racking up uber fees, while mine is under the sun and was returned to me dirtier than when I dropped it off. I drove from out of town just to be treated like garbage and overcharged by a bunch of grown men who refused to believe me, I actually ended up crying in front of Eric who was also checking the car, the experience was so awful and stressful! I have never in my life cried in public. Go somewhere else.

I had a great experience with Fleet Manager, Jorge Zepeda. He was incredibly accommodating and made the purchase about as friendly and easy as can be for someone (me) who lives 50 miles away. He went over and above his duty by delivering my new RAV4 Hybrid XSE to my door and then volunteering to subsequently talk my wife through all of the technology and other features offered by that vehicle. The guy is a gem. I'd like to see more dealerships with folks like him.

I bought a Tundra in 2023 and it was a lemon which is ironic coming from their slogan. For the dealership to even take a look at the issues I was telling them about took several months for them to take it seriously. I would pick up the truck and the same issue would reprise within 50 miles. A year and a half later I finally was able to give the truck back to corporate. At this point I wanted to purchase a Camry in the meantime while Toyota resolves the tundras issue, they tried to tack on a 1k markup that I refused to pay. Be careful working with the salesman, they will add hidden fees. Never going back to them. This dealership just wants your money and doesn’t care about taking care of their customers.

I am very sad with Orange Toyota, especially with Andres Adv 240, I took my car in 2024, the back cover fell off and he behaved like a sucker, charging 200 dollars that the warranty does not cover and not half my car that he was going to charge me 150 per day. Never take your car with andres adv 240

**Terrible Experience and Misleading Warranty Information**
I purchased a certified used 2018 Toyota CH-R from this dealership, with the promise of a 100,000-mile warranty starting from the purchase date when the car had 18,000 miles. This warranty was supposed to cover major issues like transmission failures. Two years later, the transmission failed and was replaced by the Toyota of Orange Service Department.
Two years after that, the transmission failed again. When I contacted the Toyota Warranty Department, they confirmed that my warranty was still active. However, the Toyota of Orange Service Department refused to replace the transmission, stating the warranty was inactive despite the confirmation from the Toyota Warranty Department.
With the transmission failing twice in five years, I question whether Toyota of Orange Service Department installed a faulty transmission initially or if they are deliberately refusing to honor the promised warranty.
**Do not buy vehicles at this dealership!**

Worst experience I have ever had in my Life ! If this was the only dealership left in OC I still wouldn’t ever buy anything from here again . I made a deal with Ampy Quinones for $31,500 for a Toyota Corolla for my Daughter I needed to leave to airport that same day , my daughter’s mother was forced to come and sign paperwork since car would be on her name . Unbeknownst to me and without my approval Ampy added another 7,500 to the price tag . On delivery day when car finally arrived (3 weeks later )I was given surprise remaining balance ! Because I have had a rough relationship with my x I didn’t want to make my daughter feel bad about this horrible experience I was enduring . I am really trying to reconcile and connect with my older daughters and this would have pushed them further away .
I think this was very deceitful and will never recommend anyone to come to this dealership . I thought it was an honest place since i saw their reviews but I was wrong .
