worst experience ever. i asked a employee named rena if she could help me find a ladder and she said "go find it ur self" it was so rude. also cashiers are very solw. bathrooms anr nasty i saw a turd floating in the toilet. dont recommend. stay at home.

Everyone who I have ever encountered there has always been so helpful and patient! I couldn't have done my diy projects without them!! Just repaired and painted my fence as the latest example.

If I could rate no stars I would! Cashier at customer service named Nikki was the worst and had a terrible attitude over a return because I did not receive all my items from my online order. She was such a bitch and threw my receipt at me and she threw the returned items on the floor in front of me. Worst experience at Home Depot.

Well, just drop by again on a July 4 weekend that we needed garden soil, a hose, a mosquito repellent. How lucky we're Wheatus fine garden specialist Chris 20 years old with a knowledge of a 50 year oldChris helped us load our 10 bags of 60 pound soil ; by the way Chris at 60.7 pounds per bag. Recommended a hose and then talked about the way certain plants can help repel mosquitoes. This young man is going to have a quite a career no matter what he does Home Depot is extremely lucky to have Chris, garden specialist with a CAPITAL G!

Finally have some time to talk about this scenario. Long story short am I the only person who gets: ignored in the paint Dept, left with no insight on product, gets an attitude from the workers in the paint Dept like I owe them something and is unable to get an answer when I ask anything?I bought paint and painted one of the rooms in my home, I asked for the right paint for interior painting in a bedroom! The sales associate in the paint Dept stared at me like I worked there and should know by now... he sold me some paint, I painted and then.... My brother came over to visit.. he couldn't stop laughing at the fact that I used the wrong paint... it's glossy he said... that's right my bedroom is glossy and looks like a kitchen... and here I was admiring my work. This happened back in 2020, I still wanted to share the anxiety I have when approaching the paint counter.. Home Depot please hire people that: like their job, are knowledgeable about what they do and can handle their stress levels at work.You guys sent me home with glossy bedroom paint, pardon my French but that's ass man

Absolutely unprofessional staff. I dropped something inside the store. I went back to get it but it was 9:56. Pm. They closed all doors even though closing time is 10 pm which is I'm fine with. The staff with grey hair at the exit door refused to even hear me out. He gave me his back. I started knocking and they were laughing from inside at me. I knocked hard making sure he could hear me, the. He decided to ignore me more by walking away completely from the door. It's sad that even a friendly place like Home Depot, staff act like this. The least respectful way that individual could have done was to tell me "sorry we are closed and cannot help you at this time please call tomorrow"

The drill unit drain cleaner was seriously out of balance making it difficult to use on a bad clog. While that clog took 45 minutes to clear, it took nearly that time to find someone to check the tool back in. One person behind the counter left to find someone but no one showed up. I had to call the store when I was inside the store to help me. Still, no one showed up. What a bunch of tools!

5 stars for Judy at the customer service desk. Let's face it, the Home Depot App doesn't work very well.I had an order that was partially ready. I was prompted by the app to pick it up before it gets sent back to the dark ether where hardware goes to rest. There was a snafu with the parts but Judy was able to help me get the issues worked out with a great attitude and smile. So 5 stars for Judy, and 3 stars for the app.

I love the convenience of this location. They have a fabulous variety of items for any print red you may have. Finding the right person to help you can be an issue though. However, today I had 2 excellent people to help me - Maria & Russ in the lighting area. They were knowledgeable and helpful. Maria even carried items for me to the checkout and bagged them. Thank you!

Poor inventory management if you shop online and see what they have available in store. I found an item they said they have 7 of, went to the store, and couldn't find it, nor could one of their staff. Now I'm back at home and sure enough it still says they have 7 in stock. I do not appreciate having my time wasted.

Third time Iv'e come here for something simple and the service here is by far the worst of all Home Depot's. No effort to help me find an item that their own website has. Or May effort to offer to help me find a similar item. Workers here always seem way to preoccupied with another task then Actually helping customers.

Crap customer service!!! Bought an easy up canopy. Opened box to find it was a retread missing most of the components (the tarp was most notably missing). Called store twice. Both times was a useless little girl (by sound of voice) with no customer service skills. Had to drive back to store and they tried extremely hard to replace and not refund. Wasted a lot of time on a simple item. Thanks for nothing. Never going back. Crap customer service!!! PS - would have given negative stars if allowed!

This store always has what I need in stock and available for purchase. The staff are always helpful no matter what time is day I shop there!
