My go-to smoke shop honestly. The last time I went to get a tank for my vape I also bit the bullet and decided to buy one of those Delta-10 sticks. I forget her name unfortunately but she was able to explain the product incredibly well, and I ended up in the shop for a good 30 minutes just cracking jokes.Really the service is consistent and they’re never out of product!

Good prices, good staff. some staff are more preferable in my opinion, but none are terrible. and to give a point for people who say they buy shotty batteries and what not. how about you dont cheap out on a 10-15 dollar battery, and realize its a POS that is going to break, given its price-point? why are you letting your own stupidity effect your thinking of a business. it isnt the business fault that the product they sell, sucks. that would be the fault of the manufacturer. and to make another point, why should the business owner accept a used item, when it says in their store that they do not accept returns, AND the item is USED. how slow can these people be man, genuinely. i love this place for smokes n devices n glass. i love the managers and the store itself. but one of the workers treated me poorly. he jus ruined my already shitty day and my love for the store. customer service is a necessity to having a buisness that has nothing wrong with it and cannot be hated on, and this dude messed it up for em

Avoid at all costs. Horrible stingy un-American business. Extremely poor customer service. Went in for some smokes and only brought enough money for the pack and forgot my lighter. I was parked all the way in the other side of the parking lot so I asked the lady if I could barrow a light to light my cigarette and she standing there surrounded by about a thousand lighters told me "no you have to buy!" very rudely. It would of cost her nothing (.00000001 cent). I guess my business isn't even worth a flick of butane after paying over $12 dollars for a pack of camels. This business has zero concern for their customers and its places like this that have no place in our community. I went to the next smoke shop over and the guy gave me a free lighter. I'll be buying from him every chance I get.

The lady that works there is amazing. She is so sweet, so helpful, actually treats you with actual respect, and wants to help. There are 3 other smoke shops that carry everything i need but i will gladly go here first, and im typically lazy and on bike or foot. Ive ever only been disappointed once but that was another employee, and to be fair i was only disappointed cause i got there near closing time, not aware just how late but still pleased i was helped. Not to mention the prices, uhhh, ive actually picked up 2 bongs, a couple vape tanks, vape juice, and a couple other accessories for by my smoking craft. I recommend going, for sure, im usually in later in the day. Besides Sundays closed at 8 theyre open till 9, idk open times.

If there was 0 stars i would've picked that. Bought a vape device (coco) on January 14. Today is January 15 went back because it stopped working the OWNER AND HER SON GAVE ME ATTITUDE. And said no returns and had the howdacity to tell me to contact the manufacturer. Terrible service terrible device they just lost a 3 year costumer over 32 dollars.

So now there's a new employee who is completely rude helps other customers before yourself and won't even give you a discount of $0.50 I would suggest to go to empire vape I think it's an empire smoke shop X2 Domino's.when George was working there I'd by class every week now they got this Robert guy who thinks he's really cool because he's young and wants to yell at people because I want to look at an item and he's too busy doing whatever he needs to do instead of helping a customer and then a customer comes in and what does he do he gives them cigarettes horrible horrible guy

I have been going here for almost 9 years. I met George and instantly knew he was a good, honest, person. Throughout the years I have seen he cares for his customers. He knows their names, he knows what they buy, and has what they want on the counter by the time they come into the store. George is a people person. He loves to talk to his customers and is grateful to them for their service. He is genuine, kind and truly wants to keep them coming into his store. His prices are the lowest I have seen. This is why i continue to buy my items at his store. He knows his products. George has been there for me both personally and professionally. He cares about his customers. I greatly encourage all to give his store a try if u haven't. You will be impressed, both with his prices and with George.
