It's clean but I was surprised to see so many over-priced items. When I can order the same item online for half the cost including shipping then you're def over-priced.

Having employees go around asking customers to open credit cards while they’re shopping is so weird. Please stop doing this. Nobody likes this. I just want to Christmas shop in peace.

Not the best selection, but also not the worst. Compared to other TJ Maxx locations, this one has very little product. They barely have any items on the shelves and the workers aren't efficient either. The checkout line took super long even though there were a lot of employees just standing around talking behind the registers. The prices are always great though. I was able to find a couple of items that I wanted and the employee that helped me out was really nice. Definitely worth a shot to find some awesome deals!

If I could give zero stars for customer service for my experience today, I would. Stood in a long line to buy a beanie that had no tag and was the last of its kind. Being a former retail employee myself, this is a telltale sign of a clearance item. There were no "like items" to speak of, so instead of putting a low price tag on the item to move the line along, I waited for appx 10 minutes while 3 store employees conspired to create an imaginary price of $19.99. I proceeded to tell the woman at the register to just put a low price on the item and move on. She said she "refused to bargain", though one must ask how you can bargain with a non-existent price. The "price specialist" proceeded to print out a price label from thin air with the $19.99 and the clerk argued with me during the entire transaction. I offered to pay $15 for it since it was first told to me that it was part of a set that was missing the other half, and they were planning to still charge full price for the item. Then they back-tracked and unanimously decided that it was a single item and proceeded with their full imaginary price.Had I treated a customer with such disrespect, and general lack of concern for the customer, as well as the ever-growing line behind me, I would have gotten a strict talking-to by my manager. This is NOT customer service, and as we have all begun to see, it is becoming a dying breed. I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE TJ Maxx to revisit its customer service behavior to favor the customer, or they will quickly become obsolete like many of the businesses we see today.

Stopped inside this store today, 11/7/23, while waiting for my car to be serviced. Store looked nice and stocked up and they were even putting out more items all around the sore. Everything looked well organized and grouped together. It was mid day around 3:00 pm . Place wasn't too busy but good amount. I went to my favorite section first, kitchen area, found a nice new pot I was needing, along with some more serving utensils, I didn't need, but what the heck. Took a stroll around the whole store. Finally Went up to pay because my car was ready, line went fast! They had 2 young guys working the registers. I must say they were both very attentive, both smiling, taking amongst themselves between customers. They literally looked as if they enjoyed their work! That is so awesome to see! Typically in a store like this i usually see females around the sane age or a bit older, that look like they hate their jobs and not customer friendly. These 2 guys I give a BIG 5 stars if not 10 stars for their customer service & friendly attitude!!!! Thank you, who ever hired these guys, keep it up! I will stop going to other places and come back to this location for now on.
