Store is great but the man that was working here last night kept stalking us and getting closer and staring at us as if we were gonna steal felt so uncomfortable. My husband paid for his $100 boots .

Everything they have in store is available on the Timberland website for the same price plus free shipping. If they don't have an item in stock they will order it and charge you $8 for home delivery without telling you. No sense in buying anything from their store. Useful only to try things on then buy online. Plus, I second all the other reviewers complaining about their customer service. Very rude staff.

I was determined to finding a specific pair of boots but my size was sold out online. I called and Zaira answered. She was absolutely so sweet. During the holidays it's hard to find great customer service but Zaira was so kind over the phone and she helped me find the boots I wanted. I had to go in store to do the purchase and when I got there she had everything ready to process the order. I received my boots in the mail a couple days later!

Easy return for online order. Lots of sales in store. Google Maps location isn’t accurate, the other “Timberland” location in The Outlets with no reviews is the real location. This location puts you on the opposite side of the mall in front of the AMC theaters.

Super helpful staff,, very patient even though I have a really wide foot and had to try on nearly 10 pairs of boots to find one that fit (and that in the men's dept when I am a woman!)
