Lot of things at this plaza but the parking lot is a bit of a mess and turning left out to Tustin road is not easy.

A wonderful mall while it lasted, glad I got the chance to visit it in time. Rest in Peace, The Village at Orange Mall (1971 - 2024).

The Village, best part of growing up as a kid. Remember my mom taking me and my younger sibling to all the stores and spend hours at the Ross when we wanted to go home. Now I would give anything to be back for at least a minute. Goodbye The Village

This mall was great back in the day. When you have a Walmart take over as an anchor store and when you have upscale retailers leave, then you know the mall is going down.

Good grief! Everyone is leaving! I counted 4 stores that had going out of business or store closing signs. Another had Clearance Sale, up to 70% off. I'm not sure what's causing the mass exodes, but it sad to see the demise of this mall. Without Sears and Penny's, the only draw to go inside the mall is Home Goods and Ross Dress for Less. I know there was talk about redevelopment of the entire area, maybe that got approved? Not everyone appeared to be leaving though. Still, it's sad to see the demise of this mall. I've lived in the area for almost 17 years and remember when it was thriving. Granted they were smaller Sears and JC Penney locations, but that's what I like about them. Easy in, easy out.UPDATE: I just read in other reviews and verified online. The inside of this mall is closing 1/31/24. That gives it 8 more weeks of life left. I will definitely visit one more time and get a pretzel from Auntie Anne's.

If you want to go shopping this is a good area.... restaurants, shopping center and much more... near everything in some blocks, near the freeways too...

The mall - already mostly vacant - is closing for good in January 2024. A leftover from a different era.

It's a good place to if the walking dead became real. It's dead that zombies won't even find you there much less customers. Management and ownership is trash. I am a former business owner.

Say it isn’t so, my hometown mall is closing!Unfortunately the management is scheduling a close of the interior portion of this great little mall! While I could degrade it on the lack of business, customers and vacancies, I’d like to praise the operation for 50 years of service to the North Orange Community. It’s been well maintained inside and out, with a clean environment and good security staff! My only concern has been the lack of a perimeter access road on the crowded east side, alongside Tustin Street, corralling traffic directly in front of stores, conflicting with pedestrian access. Understandable given the north-south width of land and possible traffic backups on Tustin Street otherwise. With Walmart as the dominant retailer, smaller specialty stores may become obsolete. Although Walmart may not have specialized soaps and makeup products and they don’t sell piano’s!I felt helpless losing J. C. Penny’s and Sears and now the inevitable overall loss! I wish I could help to save this shopping mall, central to our retail community, tho business is business. The demolition is scheduled for January of 2024, tho the interior stores will have a final hurrah with the holiday’s, including a hopeful turnout of community support!

We've been here for Chipotle and Walmart, I think, sometimes. We don't come here often. Oh, and occasionally for Jamba Juice. The parking lot layout is odd / weird to me and sometimes confusing and hard to navigate.

There’s plenty of parking here and it looks like a safe place to shop. There are plenty of other stores on Tustin Boulevard.

Very small mall and closes early. Love Bath and Body works but other than that there aren't a lot of known stores inside...

Parking is fine, businesses are fine, no real pros or cons, albeit small, but that can be a good thing!
