My wife and I need to replace both toilets in the bathrooms. The delivery charge is $35. I get that. What I truly don't understand is WHY there is an additional $50. charge to simply bring it into your home. Or the second charge of $80. to simply take the toilet to the actual bathroom where it's being installed. That is just so wrong. installed

I bought carpet that was made to order. I bought it early December for a job. They said the delivery date was the 21st and they'd call me to update. We'll didn't show up the 21st. Called again on the 23rd. I was told to wait. Them the next day my order was canceled when everything was already paid for in cash. Had to spend hours contacting hone depot to ask them whats wrong. Eventually they reordered the item and I was told January 1st for the delivery. Didn't happen. Called and they said the 2nd of January. Then on the 2nd of January a Tuesday they told me they don't get carpet shipments other than Wednesdays. Called again and now they are telling me I will be charged $250 / 25% for a restocking fee when if I cancel or I can now wait til past the 10th of January. So it's been ordered twice and delayed more than 4 times and I cannot get a refund without losing $250 and I can't get my product. This is after they delayed my other order like a week ago which was electronics. They threw the box in the rain and dirt out of view. Home depot has been really messing with my schedule and has costed me hundreds of dollars for their mistakes and they strong arm me to not cancel my order.

I needed new kitchen cabinets and new floors throughout my house. I went to Home Depot, and sat with a rep who scribbled some numbers on a piece of paper and sent me on my way. I went to Lowe’s, and I sat with a representative who actually designed my kitchen with me. Needless to say, I hired Lowe’s to install my new kitchen cabinets. I thought I should let Home Depot know that they lost a customer ready to spend a lot of money. The manager seemed concerned, and offered me a discount on my next purchase if I stayed as a customer. I thought, they can install my new floors. After spending a lot of time planning, and coordinating my new floors, I’m ready to sign and close the deal. But first, I want To know what Discount this manager is going to give me. She offered me a 2% discount! I’m not kidding. I’m a loyal Lowe’s customer now, and I will never bother with Home Depot again. Home Depot, Canoga Park California. Managers name was Patricia. I purchased my floors, a refrigerator, and I will be remodeling two bathrooms with Lowes.

Home Depot Corporation doesn't care about your problems. My local Home Depot stole $2700+, I went from being a customer to an employee, didn't install my carpet, walked off the job and sent me to the Emergency Room. I got to spend my Christmas in and out of the Emergency Room. I'm a Disabled Veteran/Senior Citizen and Home Depot caused serious bodily injury to me, breach of contract and theft. I called Home Depot Corporation and they kept transferring me to the Home Depot manager that caused the problem. Now the courts will decide this matter after my medical care is complete. The pics are before and after, a mess no carpet and too injured to put it back together.

I recently had a regrettable experience with Home Depot's delivery service, and I feel compelled to share my frustration. Three weeks ago, I made a significant purchase of three major appliances totaling nearly $5000, eagerly anticipating their timely delivery. Unfortunately, the entire process has been marred by issues, primarily due to the delivery company contracted by Home Depot.What disappointed me the most was the complete lack of communication from Home Depot & the delivery company. No confirmation of the delivery window or address – just a sudden notification canceling my delivery. For a purchase of this magnitude, I expected better accountability and customer service.This lack of communication and responsibility is unacceptable, especially given the substantial investment and the importance of the household items involved. It's disheartening to see Home Depot partner with vendors who clearly don't prioritize customer satisfaction.The inconvenience caused is beyond measure. Not only did it disrupt my plans, but the lack of communication led to the significant inconvenience of moving all perishable food items out of our old refrigerator in anticipation of the new one's arrival, only to put them back when the delivery was unexpectedly canceled.I am not just disappointed; I am deeply frustrated with the level of service I've received. I've formally requested fair compensation for the disruption caused by this ordeal, and I hope Home Depot addresses this matter promptly. I believe in Home Depot's commitment to customer satisfaction, and I trust they will work towards restoring confidence in their service.

Home Depot delivered material to a house across the street from my house at 6:30 am and woke up my wife and I. This is against the San Diego noise ordinance. No construction or deliveries are allowed until 7 am. The home depot driver was told not to deliver the material until 7am but he ignored the person that told him not to deliver the material.I called Home Depot corporate and lodged my complaint. I requested a follow up message from Home Depost but the person that I spoke with told me that unless Home Depot need more information I would not receive any follow information. I told the person that this is a poor way to help customers.I purchased over 85K worth of material from Home Depot in the past year. I will not be purchasing anything from Home Depot in the future.Home Depot does not honor their customers and do not deserve my loyalt to them.Good bye!

My wife, and I went to the Home Depot in Lakewood Ca. and picked a few items and proceeded to a cashier. She was so rude, and refused to even lift a finger to help me with my transaction. She went mad when I Questioned her customer customer service skills . And no store manager was around. it was a bad experience I won't come back to this store anymore.

Rudest customer service at the brookehurst location from maria on returns she said the bolt wasnt in the box i asked to check and she yelled its not in the box and then flipped it upside down and aggressively dumped all the contents of the box onto the counter like an animal totally uncalled for im holding javier the manager in this department to get this under control so rediculous to get treated like this over nothing

I LOVE my Lindon Utah Home Depot. Friendly staff. Quick to fix issues. Provo Utah has a terrible front layout that is difficult to navigate around, but the staff are great! I have a Home Depot card that I have had for years. On April 14 2023 they took 8000 of credit off my card. I had no idea until I went to make a purchase and it was declined. I searched around the card site and found a letter that says my credit changed and they are taking my line of credit down to what I have on the card. So now my credit will show that I have maxed out my Home Depot card and have no credit left. This will HURT MY CREDIT which is the reason they said they took it away in the first place. In the letter it says if I'm not happy with the decision, contact Equifax. Why would I contact them? They did not do this, you did! I am in good standing. I have not missed a payment. But they randomly pull my credit and decide I'm now a risk and hurt my credit and stop me from using their card that is in good standing with no issues ever.

I bring a workers from California to remodeling my house in goodyear and pay food and hotel so really bad service on delivery and I call and they hang up on me
