This is a smaller Neighborhood Target location — meaning the personal care, pharmacy, and grocery sections are full-sized, but all other sections are minimized — but the selection is always great.

Worst target pick up experience of my life. Since the order was incomplete, I spent the next hour and a half trying to solve the problem. Had to go back to the target store yet again and spend another 30 minutes, not being helped .Target “easy pick up” is not what they claim and the employee CS quality is horrible. It’s extremely apparent target does not train their employees.

This target is close by which is good. I try to only do curbside pick up at this store because some of fhe workers inside are overpaid unfriendly young people that don't want to work and don't like people. There's a lot of good employees here too but I hate when I get one of the rude unfriendly ones. I spend almost 1k a month shopping at Target and don't deserve to be treated that way. They look at you with disgust during the whole transaction like you're bothering them. It must be management that doesn't emphasize good customer service enough. Also, at this store most of the self checkout stands are broken leaving only one or two open and only one cashier working. This store needs better management. They need to get it together!

This is smaller than most Targets and doesn't have all the items as other stores, but the store is clean, and the employees are friendly. The parking lot can get congested during peak hours. I would still shop here though.

Worst target experience . Checking out is a nightmare. This is proof that self checkout is a bad idea. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere

Every time I need something from Target, I check their app to see if this store has it before going. Every time I go, they do not have it despite their app saying they do. The store is also always dirty, inventory is scattered and the floors always have trash all over. You also can never get anyone to help you. Don't bother using the "need assistance" sensor, you'll just stand there like an idiot until you give up and walk away, no one is coming.

Target on Chapman have the worst customer service. Cashiers were just walking around while the return line was growing. Was next in line and Michelle opened the register next to me and asked the lady behind me she can cash her out. I told her I'm next to be helped. She looked and me and ignored me and told the lady behind me she can help her only. The lady behind me was respectful and asked me to go ahead and go to the register, when I seen Michelle face I just stayed and Waited for my turn on the next register. Target please work on your customer services. I'm pay a lot of money every time I go to target.

Why have a phone they never answer it. Don't leave anything behind accidentally they have never once picked up their phone. Very strange that this continues. I reported this to corporate. Still they don't seem to think they ever should have to ever answer their phone
