Deserve no stars. Ruined my expensive throw, then pretended to have language barrier when I asked for insurance information. I had my friend return with an item. Perfect English. Pathetic.

Not only did they overcharge me, they wouldnt admit their mistake. I was disappointed in their prices and more importantly their customer service. Would not go back and would not recommend if they were the last cleaners in Orange. I have the feeling that had my husband picked up the clothes the outcome would have been different.

Not too bad to come try out for their services. It was suits and dresses from my family. Took a long time to process out. Though, the results were just good. Could have a better quality scent. Customer service needs to be more efficient system wise.Service: Alterations
