I wanna give a special shout out to a one Alex Campos, for being such a genuine help with getting my sister a new iPhone. He was able to make the purchase and data transfer as smooth as Suavecito hair grease. He was very informative with the on going promotions and product information in regard to comparing the new iPhone to the previous models. He was friendly, kind and made myself and my sister feel welcomed, unlike other T-Mobile stores. I would recommend anyone who needs help with their mobile services seek him out. Thank you again Alex!

This store had great customer service over the phone, I called them and someone picked up promptly and was able to double-check that a phone was in stock for me. When I arrived at the store, we went through all the information to trade in an upgrade a phone. When they inspected my phone, it was in great condition however, they declined to accept the trade-in phone because the phone was not carrier unlocked to T-Mobile. They cited that due to the current promotion that would result in me receiving a free phone, that they required only unlocked phones be traded in. Since the phone I was after was the last one in stock, I suspect that they made up this policy to keep that phone available for Black Friday and to attract new customers as that would yield in a higher commission than processing a trade-in. After I left the store, I contacted T-Mobile chat who shared that a phone did not need to be carrier unlocked to be eligible for trade in (otherwise how would you bring your own device to switch carriers, and further provided me with a T-Mobile website that shared devices did not need to be unlocked in case I ran into the same issue. I went to another T-Mobile store that processed my upgrade without incident and did not require the phone to be carrier unlocked.

Great customer service. The staff is very friendly. I had gone in to get my husband a new phone to ship overseas since he's in the military. And I had issues mailing the phone since it was opened. The manager Linda was able to assist me in obtaining a new phone for my husband! She's a blessing and a life saver! Thankful for the staff Carol, Gabriel & Linda !

Just switched over from AT&T to T-Mobile since they seemed to have better pricing and deals. When we went in today for our phone set up/transfer we received bad service from one of the sales rep that goes by Chris Lopez I believe. He was not friendly and seemed annoyed at all the questions we had and did not provide solutions to our situation. They were super friendly the first time we we signed up but now that we are with T-Mobile and needed help transferring and setting up our phones he seemed mad like we were bothering him for helping us. Made us regret our switch instantly. However at the end another sales rep James was super helpful and answered our questions and explained things thoroughly so that made up for the bad experience we had with “Lopez”. Hopefully Lopez can be more professional moving forward or get another job that makes him more happy.

This is my very favorite T Mobile for years Ive been coming here because of the great service and today was again treated with Respect, Kindness, very knowledable Guys. Alex and Gabriel were there names they helped me so much. Gabriel is always always helpful and Alex is so Great always too. Thank you tmobile for having these two on staff. The best Tmobile store is right here in the city of Orange. Thank you Alex and Gabriel so very much for all your patience and help. Excellent Service everytime!!!

Staffs are very friendly and efficient. They have small gift for you if you purchase stuff there. The store manager, Walter, is very nice and knowledgeable. I will come again for my next service.

T-Mobile is very helpful when you sign up, however there are constant problems with the tower/ 5G in my zip code and all around town, it seems. Yes my phone is up to date and it still is as slow as molasses even for local calls or getting the maps to begin working. Sometimes I need to call overseas, which I pay for with the extra the $15.00 a month plan. It sounds great until you actually need to call. You run in and out of the buildings, -your phone can even show 2 bars (wow) and you still keep having to hang up because after repeating, "Hello, Hello, can you hear me?" after the 1st sentence, & the other person cannot hear you -it again is a disconnect or you have to give up & try again, until both parties realize it's a waste of time and just hang up.I am tired of seeing the red notice saying the server is down and you are off line.or a tech person telling me that because I called them from another location in my city, regarding the server not working, because, em, I needed to make a phone call, it can be fixed in the area I am presently in, but not at the location of where I live?!I don't live in the Everglades, nor in the Amazon jungle, nor are you doing us all a favor to give the service we are paying for, but not receiving, regardless of how nice the customer service or tech people are, and they all have been...please do something with the towers, or take off 60% of our phone bill!

Came in to add a plan. Daniel took great care of us. Very down to earth and informative. I cannot begin to explain my appreciation for him and TMobile. Everything went great and all in a timely manner. Go check em out and ask for Daniel.
