I have been a T-Mobile customer for years and have been very happy with the product. The small T-Mobile in the Orange Mall closed about a month ago, so we went to the large store on Tustin and Katella. I was prepared for a wait. We arrived at 6:30 PM and put in our name. I told the clerk we were there to purchase a new phone for my son. He never told us that they do not download data after 7 PM. We were finally called at 7:15 PM. The clerk that waited on us (Justin) had a snotty, rude attitude. His aim was to get us out of the store ASAP (they close at 8 PM). We purchased a phone that was over $900, I expect some courtesy.

The associate was not much help with assisting me with information about ACP 0rogram. I found it kinda pushy and not wanting to help me. Save time don't waste it.

Went in for a new phone and the sales Representative Jose helped me out. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. Definitely will be coming back here for an upgrade soon.

Jorge was helping my girlfriend and I. We came in to upgrade for a IPhone 15.He was very knowledgeable on the products. He explained the new features with detail. Very respectful to us. We are very happy we came in to see him. Thank you Jorge!

Store is ok and employees generally are ok. But greatly disliked overall service - as soon as some problem appeared, manager had to be involved who had 0 wish to resolve anything, basically stating nothing can be done and it's your own fault and just short of leering in your face - oh, we have a contract you signed and there is nothing you can do, anything else I can help you with, otherwise go and and .... you know... Had to call T-Mobile care myself and turned out that yes, everything can be fixed and resolved to mutual satisfaction, just need to have willingness to do it. Something that manager clearly was not just lacking but actually preferred to turn upside down, aggravating the whole issue. If not for still good T-Mobile customer care I would already be enjoying new phone from Verizon. But I certainly will not be back to this store.

Edith was really great, helped my friend out with everything with his new phone, she is very friendly and patient, made us feel comfortable in the store and had a impressive working knowledge of my friends new phone that he purchased. Definitely recommend Edith , to anyone looking for professional service with a great attitude. Thank you Edith!

Shout out to Jose and Eric for 5-star service. I was looking for problem solvers (not apologists) and they figured out a way to get me what I needed. It also helped that they had 7 people on staff, so they was no wait during rush hours.

I've usually pretty chill with customer service people cause I work in a service type job so I'm a bit more sympathetic and forgiving when it comes to issues... however this one has a disgusting manager here who basically just told me it wasn't his job to look up my issue and that I should go to another store. Just say you don't want to do work...if you aren't in the mood just go home. When I tried to explain to him the issue he gave me attitude and told me to go to the original store....

I've been to many T-Mobile stores before, from the 20 years I've been a Sprint/TMobile customer, but this store I'll definitely go back to! Everyone was so nice and completely helpful. The manager ended up going above and beyond to help us when our insurance wasn't coming through to help us with my broken phone. I ended up getting a new phone for a great deal, and they made it a quick and easier experience. Thank you to all the employees and especially the awesome manager from one happy customer
