Want to stop by and say thank you to your wonderful associate Gabby. She was extremely helpful in an extrended frustrating situation. Answered all of our questions and was very patient with us. Wasn't in the market for a new phone yet but when we are well come back to you! ? Get her a raise ?

I went in to the store yesterday located in 143 S. Main St. Orange and was greeted by a lady that was too engrossed in checking her cellphone. So, I showed her a certificate of offer from AAA to switch to T-Mobile with a rebate of $100 for 2 lines and she said right away "call that number in the letter". I said, this letter mentioned to bring this letter to the store. And she insisted me to call that number. She seemed not friendly, and not knowledgeable about the offers from AAA. She could have asked her supervisor or co-workers instead of driving me away as a customer. Seems like she's not happy to see that offer of which probably she's not aware of it. I am so frustrated with that lady. I could have go back to the store and tell her supervisor about driving me away but on the second thought, she could have lost her job. So I decided to stick with my current cell phone provider which is Spectrum, I am happy with them so far.

A nice young man named Franky assisted me with choosing the perfect plan and phone. He was extremely helpful and provided great customer experience. Would rate 20/10 if possible and would give him a raise if it were up to me

If you don't like online ordering they will get the job done but barely. You get better more accurate information online faster service without the extra hoops.

Franky was absolutely wonderful! He helped me get a great deal and was super patient and sweet throughout the process. I also have never purchased a phone so quickly! We were out of the store in 20 min! Thank you so much for everything, Franky!

Very professional and made the experience as easy as possible. Had to buy 2 new phones and it went well and was relatively seamless. They also didn't try to sell us too much on extras which is refreshing

I switch back to Tmobile after the nightmare that was spectrum mobile. I came in on a weekday afternoon and the staff was amazing and very helpful. Thank you Rosa and team for taking such good care of me!

I drove all the way here before the store closing time. The gentleman that was suppose to help me with a return did not help me. As all stores are usually ran, you count out when the store CLOSES. He was to lazy to run my return even though as I mentioned I made it to the store BEFORE closing time. I mentioned to him that I have a busy schedule for the next few days and that I needed the return processed immediately. Realizing that this guy made up his mind that he did not want to help me. I left very disappointed. I guess closing before closing time is a new thing. The gentleman's name was Fida. Fida, thank you for giving me a horrible experience.
