The most important thing is that Eli is the epitome of customer service. Look at the reviews. His energy is why people return. I only buy one kind of product but the place seems to have a beautiful array of other items. I love the posters and photos.However, and I say this not out of a place of malice but in hopes that maybe it will change. This is per my own observation.I'm not sure if it's just with me or everyone but the other individual that works with Eli that started not long ago or at least I haven't seen him prior to some months back, he isn't very inviting. He seems irritated when I come in.. No smile, no hi, nada. I feed off of energy and his doesn't feel right. He's not Eli. No one is but idk maybe he can practice greetings or a smile. Again not sure if it's just with me or not but just want to put that out there. Otherwise the place gets a 10 stars not 5.

I don't vape but my girlfriend does and I get her stuff the store is a delight to see like an art museum of pipes and water pipes Super clean and spacious the young man Elias just has a wonderful smile and a personality to matching donyvget tired of looking around every time I'm there.To be sure I was there again today bummer Elias wasn't there but boy the store was so colorfull with beautiful pipes and other stuff next time I'll take some photos I forgot to take i was so into checking everything out

And it doesn't matter who is working the counter always the good friendly service and they'll know you preference in a few days and probably have it on the counter the minute you walk in
