Eddie and his crew were wonderful in the renewal of my kitchen. It is so beautiful and everyone that sees it is very impressed. I was dreading the process, but all the work was organized and clean. Edddie keeps in touch with you on a daily basis so you are always kept in the loop of the next day's work. His suggestions were great too, that added to my vision of my new kitchen. Our experience with surplus construction was amazing. From day one Cindy Horner was responsive and accommodating. She completely understood our budget and vision. Our kitchen was small and the spaces were complicated; she never compromised efficiency for aesthetics or vise versa. The process was smooth and fast! What else can you ask for?I have already referred two of my friends to them, one of whom owns a restaurant and needs a very custom piece of granite work done. Working with Edgar was fantastic. they helped with carpentry, painting, repairing holes in my wall and other assorted odds and ends. Surplus accomplished everything I asked for skillfully and with patience for the ever-growing list of tasks. What's more, their prices were very reasonable and they provided itemized invoices for the jobs. His communication is outstanding and he kept me in the loop throughout the project when I couldn't be there myself. I honestly can't recommend these guys workmanship and professionalism any more highly.

Surplus Construction came to my aid after my previous contractor abandoned me halfway through the remodel. What impressed me about Surplus is their experience and how they utilize professionals who are knowledgeable in each step of the remodel process.Surplus was able to repair the custom cabinets the previous contractor mismeasured, smooth out tile inconsistencies, and even brought out an electrician to ensure our house was up to code to ensure that everything was done safely and correctly. At one point it felt like I had an entire team in my house, but it was worth it.Remodeling our home took a bit longer than expected but now I know where to start in the future. Surplus took the stress out of the process because I could tell they genuinely care. The staff is awesome and their work speaks for itself.
