The work done to my bathroom is amazing, i feel like when I'm showing in my bathroom it like I'm in a 5 star hotel. The attention to detail is what I'm most impressed with. My walls are tiled and they are perfect. I could run my hands down the wall and not feel any tile uneven from the next, that's not easy, I've done tile work before. I told Eddie, here are the colors I want in my bathroom and let him design it himself without me knowing anything. The finished bathroom was way beyond what I thought could happen with the budget I gave him.

Surplus construction just did a great job renovating our house. They were very responsible. They started the job as planned and worked hard through December to finish it as promised. It was a big organized team that worked very efficiently. They were very attentive all the time to our enquiries and adviced us through several design decision makings. They were very professionals and very cordial. The kitchen and bathroom turned out to be beautiful with high quality finishing details, and now the whole house is looking much modern. We were so satisfied with their work that we decided to further hire their services so that now they will install impact windows through the whole house. I highly recommend them and I would continue myself hiring them for future work. They also accept different options for payment, including credit card which makes it very convenient. So they are a great construction company.

We had three projects just completed in our home. A shower replacement, a bathtub/shower replacement and an oversized bathtub converted to a large shower. Our installer was Eddie who did an outstanding job! He was very skilled in the whole demolition and reconstruction process and very diligent and precise in the installation and finishing work!! We highly recommend Bath Planet and especially Eddie and his team for a beautiful bathroom upgrade!

Best company to deal with! Was screwed over by another Stoneworks company in the area but Surplus came through with a better quartz countertop (Rodi by Della Terra), cheaper, and had it installed in a week without any bogus “expediting fee.” Ron is the nicest person to deal with. Their installers were amazing. They fitted the countertop along a very uneven wall. I will definitely recommend them!

Surplus construction did a major remodel of our kitchen and living areas on our first floor last year.
Their planning process is second to none. They delivered on everything they told us to expect and got us back into our house a couple of weeks early and on budget. The results are just beautiful and we haven't had one moment of buyers remorse.
When one of my closest friends and her husband had their kitchen+ remodeled by surplus, I watched their process very closely to see what their results and experience would be. Like everyone else, I've heard so many horror stories of remodel/renovation nightmares that I was determined not to live through that if there was any way I could help it. But everything went perfect and we are very happy with the whole project!!!

Great people to work with, excellent quality of work they for sure know that a happy customer tells a friend; an unhappy customer tells the world. Eddie was always on time and his personal cellphone was always available he would answer calls on Sundays no problem! I did a full research on them and they really surpassed my expectations!!!
