It is the closest to my house but I think I prefer others. Ha Lee was a bit rough,pushed on me hard with electric trimmers, super short toned with me, quick on all the details and I felt like I was rushed out. No offer for shampoo, just a ton of spray water all over the place so much that it dropped down my neck into my shirt. Let me out and let me go home please. Next time I need to request someone else.

HiI had a haircut from master Liana today. The impression is very negative.1. The master asked for a tip without giving me the opportunity to choose the option on the terminal. She started telling me to leave her 5 dollars. I told her to leave 10% of the amount of $28. As a result, the master charged me $35 instead of $31.2. she cut off my hair twice as much as was agreed upon in advance.3. She was sick and had a runny nose. She was very unfriendly

I have never made any reviews in my life however, when you get a hair cut and they ruin your hair that took 2 years to grow its only appropriate. The only way to fix this is to cut it all off and start again.Super Cuts you should be better at screening your employees who think they know what they are doing when you can tell right away that they are unconfutable and nerves during the hair cut. This makes the customer unconfutable that they might ruin there hair cut. I noticed that most Super Cuts I visit are starting to have this type of problem and I try different locations every 2 weeks trying find someone that knows what these are doing. This company seems to be falling apart professionally.My cut is very simple, 0 on the sides and don't cut the top, just follow the lines with a 0 trimer and instead the lady cut over the line. Now 1 side is visibly missing and the line is not straight anymore. Its the type of mistake that can not be grown back. I am extremely mad and have to cut all my hair off since it looks like a drunk person cut it!Let it bee know to anyone who reads this not to trust this location since, some of their employees are unqualified to cut hair!

Went to this Supercuts for a 3 month trim (~1-2”). Came out with hair 4” shorter, choppy uneven layers, and the right side of my hair is shorter than the left side. It was initially 1” shorter on the right and I asked her to fix it twice but it’s still uneven and the layers are also different lengths on each side. She had the nerve to blame my side part for the different lengths. She also only spent 20 mins on my hair, chopping quite haphazardly with no blending.I will never come back here and will need to find another place to get my hair fixed. Don’t go here if you’re looking for a quality hair cut.

I actually recommend this Supercuts location it is very well staffed with trained haircutters with added skills of politeness and they are very patient with my children which I do appreciate them giving them haircuts. ?✂️?

Made an appointment just for it to not be actually notated down, was told to wait half an hour past the time I was supposed to be scheduled for. The person who "scheduled" my appt was Theresa? - theresa do better. Ridiculous. Thanks for ruining my plans.

I used this location twice and third time I made appointment in advanced as its a weekend (Sunday) and I called at location 30 minutes earlier to confirm my appointment with “Jackie” and she confirmed it too and mentioned me that see you. And upon arrival at location for my haircut She told me she is running behind for two and half hours as She accepted some walkins too so I have to wait for that long….come on….Then what is the point of doing appointments in advance…..another thing why you confirmed my appointment time 30 minutes in advance that I am good to go for my appointment time.This is very bad management and bad attitude towards customer service.Please be serious for people’s timing and appointments especially when you confirmed with them in advance.Service: Haircut

I've been coming here for awhile and to say I'm disappointed in the customer service here is an understatement. Every time I call ahead to schedule an appointment, they take any walk-ins that happen to be there before me. Last time I came here I was asked to wait almost an hour after my existing appointment to wait for walk-ins. This time instead of taking me when my appointment was supposed to be, they took the man that just happened to walk in before me with no appointment at all. It's completely disrespectful and makes no sense. They've screwed my hair up before, but most of the time when they finally do see me, they do alright. It's the only reason I'm giving more than 1 star. I'm never coming here again, wouldn't recommend this place at all overall.
