Leticia, you’re amazing. Thank you for being professional, attentive to detail & genuinely kind! I live in Montclair but the Supercuts in Orange is very close to my job. The Montclair location Supercuts charged me $40 for a blunt, straight trim. Leticia charged me $28 for the exact same request. I was sad because I knew in that moment they mistreated me at the Montclair location. I don’t know why they were so mean to me at the Montclair location because I’m always kind wherever I go. Well, I will ALWAYS come to this one because of Leticia.

Leticia really made this a wonderful experience for me and my wife. Extra attention to detail and even provided helpful suggestions that my wife really appreciated. For me, I had some unique factors to consider when cutting my hair and Leticia took all of them into account as she meticulously worked on me, checking from every angle. We're very happy with our visit today and look forward to coming back soon!

I came in today and I'm Not happy with my son's haircut. I asked her for a combover medium fade As you can see in the picture, this is not a come over or a nice fade, I am very upset. I will not bring my son here ever again. Just be honest if you don't know how to do a certain haircut.

It is the closest to my house but I think I prefer others. Ha Lee was a bit rough,pushed on me hard with electric trimmers, super short toned with me, quick on all the details and I felt like I was rushed out. No offer for shampoo, just a ton of spray water all over the place so much that it dropped down my neck into my shirt. Let me out and let me go home please. Next time I need to request someone else.

HiI had a haircut from master Liana today. The impression is very negative.1. The master asked for a tip without giving me the opportunity to choose the option on the terminal. She started telling me to leave her 5 dollars. I told her to leave 10% of the amount of $28. As a result, the master charged me $35 instead of $31.2. she cut off my hair twice as much as was agreed upon in advance.3. She was sick and had a runny nose. She was very unfriendly

Best haircut ever. The ladies were so nice it was a great experience. Now I get it , I'm pretty plain white guy , nothing tricky for me at all. But the stylist, Maria was super. I hate to sound so overboard here and I rarely will do that but this place was great. There were 3 stylists and they were the nicest people I've ever met in any hair salon , ever. I have never made any reviews in my life however, when you get a hair cut and they ruin your hair that took 2 years to grow its only appropriate. The only way to fix this is to cut it all off and start again.Super Cuts you should be better at screening your employees who think they know what they are doing when you can tell right away that they are unconfutable and nerves during the hair cut. This makes the customer unconfutable that they might ruin there hair cut. I noticed that most Super Cuts I visit are starting to have this type of problem and I try different locations every 2 weeks trying find someone that knows what these are doing. This company seems to be falling apart professionally.My cut is very simple, 0 on the sides and don't cut the top, just follow the lines with a 0 trimer and instead the lady cut over the line. Now 1 side is visibly missing and the line is not straight anymore. Its the type of mistake that can not be grown back. I am extremely mad and have to cut all my hair off since it looks like a drunk person cut it!Let it bee know to anyone who reads this not to trust this location since, some of their employees are unqualified to cut hair!
