My significant other and I just moved in and so far, it has been nothing but pleasant! Even as an applicant, we were met with smiles and positive attitudes. Liz, in the leasing office has been a GREAT help and has made our move as smooth as possible. She has been so nice and helpful and has ALWAYS responded to my emails and calls. Thank you Liz!!

4 year tenant, AC in unit stopped blowing cold air in the middle of summer. After 3 days of visits from maintenance to confirm the problem was chronic and not correctable, management authorized a replacement unit within 4 days.

DO NOT live here. The turnover in the office staff is awful. I lived there for two and a half years and they shut off the water at least 36 times while I lived there and that’s only accounting for the times they sent out notices. There were times where the water was shut off and there was no notification. There was no insulation in the apartment. So it was freezing in the winter and boiling in the summer. There were roaches when we moved in even though we asked to have the apartment fumigated prior to moving in. We had to wait a month for them to have pest control come out. There were also rats in the walls and you can hear them crawling around. When I left, if I were to renew my lease they were going to charge me $2000 a month in rent for a one bedroom despite literally not changing a thing to improve the place. This place is a scam. Find yourself a nice cardboard box on the street and save yourself the cash.

Recently one of the teens here keeps inviting groups of kids over and together they destroy the pool side bathrooms. This has been going on for several months and nothing has been done. After school he and his friends would come over and smoke in said bathrooms. The benches next to the dog bath are consistently being used by their group. It has been very annoying to see this behavior almost every single day. Nothing has been done, very disappointed.

All ready off to a bad start, even as an applicant I would no longer consider these apartments too many red flags, the area, parking looks tuff, cleanliness looks okay, never pick up the phone, went in person no one answered door, went to side to call box and it isn’t working. Called again and lady answered with an attitude and wouldn’t answer door because I could walk to other side. Don’t seem to care about applicants wouldn’t be be surprised if they didn’t care about their residents.Update:Will not give a second chance not reliable. Even after replying to my comments it does not make up for all the missed calls and the continuous bad attitudes. Property manager has time to reply to reviews quicker than answering the phone.

My first Google review just because I am so desperate I do not know what else to do. I tried applying to Strada and paid $156 for the app fees, and turns out the apartment I put a hold fee on had already been sold. They told me on the phone they would give me my money back or put that money toward a new application. I called my roommate to check what she wanted to do and ultimately decided to get the money back. Straight to voicemail. Voicemail again on Friday. Voicemail again Monday. Voicemail again today.$156 is a lot of money for a student and I am so appalled by the lack of urgency for something that seems rather easy/important.

My apartment is nice. Street parking is almost nonexistent if you have more than one car. Laundry room is good, machines are always operational. Never seen a bug in my apartment which is awesome. Overall, it's a great place to live.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would . Place is a complete s*** hole. Don't move here unless you enjoy sharing your snacks with the rats and roaches. SMH

Overall my experience here is great. The place is beautiful and I haven’t had many problems with it. The o Lu down side is that the windows are thin so I can literally hear everything going on outside my windows. From people playing music, people driving down the street, fireworks going off, I can even hear people talking if they are close enough. That is very distracting because I do work from home. Since they have been doing remolding it’s time to put need windows into the apartment that are well insulated. To help keep out the heat and cold and the noise

Look no further. Do not pass go do not collect $200. Go live elsewhere. Good luck getting in contact with the them, good luck finding any reliable data from them, and good luck moving in. Good luck trying to get a hold of a life front office member that doesn't answer the phone as if it is the worst thing to happen in their day. I have called, emailed, inquired. All pricing is wrong on the website. I scheduled a tour which then I had to call them to confirm (no confirmation provided), which luckily I did because "oh we aren't offering tours at this time." I finally get a hold of a member of the team after calling every day and leaving multiple messages, she said they might have availability in a day or two and will hit me up right away if they do. Well, I still called everyday because I knew she wouldn't (they never called surprise surprise). Still nothing, so I called again today just for some rude lady to let me know that the opening was there but that it has already been rented out.... In the 2 days since I called (and they were closed one of those two days).... I wanted to like this place but they have no organization and it really seems like they don't even want people to move in. Rarely will they answer the phone. The website is never updated and the front desk has not followed through once on anything they've told me. Oh, they also will never return your call so don't bother leaving a voicemail.

This has to be the worse place to live especially for how much we pay (almost $3,000 a month). They are constantly telling us we can't park in the parking spots which inevitably lead to your car getting towed and/or ticketed if there is no parking on the street (which there never is). I would rather live in my car then deal with the managers and people working in the office. You can definitely tell they just hire anyone and they don't care about the people living here. If I could get them a negative review I would. I WOULD NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE. I read the reviews and didn't listen and now I'm stuck with a lease with these Trash Apartments. Before moving in check if there are any available trash cans to live in.

Anyone looking to move in here, I would highly recommend reading this first. I know the management team will disregard this, like so many other peoples feedback or spew out excuses. First off, the owners of the complex waste so much money on useless and pointless projects instead of what we actually need in our community. Rules of the complex are repeatedly broken, and even though we try and talk to the manager theres never anything they can do to help or they ask US to find out where the rule breakers live as if youre some kind of detective. My apartments ceiling also leaked and cracked in several parts of my room because of rain in Decmeber 2021 and they hired a team to "fix" it temporarily, and when it rained again last week 2022 the ceiling broke again and they had to cut a huge hole in my ceiling to repair it.The water is shut off "unexpectedly" almost every single week. The manager Josue is the exact opposite of compassionate, and he could care less about this place or its tenants. He talks down to several people and makes you feel incredibly small and stupid. Clothes from the washer or dryer get stolen and there is no security camera anywhere to safeguard the tenants possesions. The "security gates" are always broken, or left blocked open so literally anyone can come in even homeless. The complex is super noisy if you live in certain parts of it. The callbox out front is never operational and we all miss packages that we order all the time because access cannot be given to the drivers. The pool rules like no glass in the pool area or no loud music and the pool closure time are disregarded by so many people. Cars get vandalized or stolen on the street outside of the complex and parking is always packed. Very few people actually pick up after their pet as well. If you want a difference in this community, install security cameras by the gates and entrances, pool area, laundry facility and even pointing to the street to atleast bring a sense of comfort to the people that live here. I understand the apartment is not liable, but it would be greatly helpful for those of us that have to file police reports with 0 video evidence. Another difference is hire roofing teams that actually know what to do and how to fix the situation instead of putting a bandaid over it for next time. And for the love of God, hire a new apartment manager that actually cares. Now again, I know my feedback will be ignored by anyone higher up, and you will probably respond with what the rules are that should be followed here and tell me to contact the manager if theres any concerns, and he wont do anything about it, and make excuses as to why things cannot be accommodated. I just thought people would really like to know how bad it is here and how nothing will ever get fixed before they move in here. Thank you for reading.

Update: I didn't "mail" my payment, I dropped it in your box going into your office. Also, yes it requires multiple trips, but not for errors, these were novice errors like wrong apt number, wrong lease agreement, even the wrong rent amount. I get you are trying to sugar-coat your reviews, but perhaps, actually take the feedback instead of making excuses.

Based off contact through email and phone not yet living: Looking for a place in March and decided to email Strada with questions, and they were actually kind enough to CALL ME to clarify!! Woman I spoke to was sweet, kind and responsive. She reassured me on some concerns and worries and was not the least judgmental/cold. Although I have yet to applied or be approved, even if I am not approved, the woman I spoke to was kind, sweet, reassuring and went out of her to call me. Definitely left a good impression on me! Nobody wants to be living under a grouch or cold/judgmental landord/apartment company. Fingers crossed I get approved!
