Idk what stick was up Jillian's ass, but this chick was so rude to both of my best friends. My friend ordered a grande vanilla sweet cream cold brew, and it did not taste like one. We complained that the milk tasted expired and Jillian then replied, "I actually made that myself and it tastes good." Like ?????. Did you drink it yourself Jill?? She was extra mean and did not show any good customer service. We just threw out the drink.

Really good service, but my order was wrong, my caramel Frappuccino tasted completely different as usually does ,like if the syrup was expired or they put the wrong syrup, I was already away to ask for a new coffee, really unpleasant:/

Terrible experience baristas are always rude acting like the owe the place and you’re asking for free merchandise or drinks. I stopped today asked them a question politely.. they were rude and on top made fun of me! They need a change ASAP

This Starbucks is the worst. I spend money here often and they never have gift card sleeves, slow service, poor attitude and today they wont give change for a 10 dollar bill saying “sorry we dont do that here”. Yes you do you just choose not to. No other Starbucks has said otherwise. Going to to the other one on the same block from now on.

I usually have a good experience at this Starbucks, but today it was completely different. Today October 21 at around 5:30-6:30pm I ordered 2 iced pumpkin spiced lattes with NO whip cream (nothing complicated or out of the ordinary) It’s also perfectly clear on my receipt (NO WHIP) the employee working there (Latina with purple hair) took my order & made the drinks. The area was slow with only 2 other customers. When she called out my name I noticed one of the iced lattes had whip cream so I told her I had said No whip cream. She immediately rolled her eyes, took the drink and threw it in the trash with such a disgusting, and unprofessional attitude. The other 2 customers also noticed and she proceeded to make the entire environment and experience very uncomfortable. I hope someone is able to train this individual to be professional at her work place. You might think you look good or look like a tough cookie, but your attitude made you look unrefined. If owning up to your own mistakes is an issue for you perhaps another type of job would be best for you. Try to be better and be professional. You’re not at home where you can treat people like you might treat your family. You’re at WORK.

I enjoy this Starbucks as it is close by and easy access to. I rarely have any issues with my mobile order. Every once in a while a girl pulls up a unit and stands behind it to give you your order. You can't just reach for it or she will snap at you. Pretty strange when there are names on everything. This is one thing I love about the Starbucks on Lincoln Ave. - you can just walk in and grab your own order. They are warmer and friendlier at the Lincoln one too.

Ashley is extremely rude, she filled my drink up with 90% ice after I ordered light ice, she would not take my order and I had to wait 10 mins for someone else to come out, I should mention that I said nothing to this young girl for her to act this way, she also made this drink completely wrong I've tried this in other Starbucks and it's nothing close to it, lastly she never called my name out to pick up my drink and just left it there. I suggest you find better employees to be the face of this establishment.

I was really grateful for my experience yesterday. I was met with such kindness and helpfulness by Alexis. Alexis was able to move quickly, answer questions about the drinks, and deliver my drink with a kind smile. This is honestly the type of customer service that stands out and needs to be praised.

I just have a problem with the wait time, don’t mind waiting but be honest about the wait time when you order on the app. I waited over 15 minutes besides the 10-12 minutes that the app time indicated.
