I'm a Yankee fan from NY who lives here in Cali. Decided to go to all 3 Yankee games this week with the first one tonight. Never bought a baseball jersey before decided to get one. ONLY one I could find anywhere was here. That's why they get 2 stars instead of 1. I called at 11:17 they said they had XXL. In the middle of working I drove 20 miles to go get it. Of course they only had XXXL and XL. Back to that later. Biggest issue I had was name was on the back of the jersey. The Yankees never put players names on the back of the jersey. So I truly had to decide whether to get it. I decided to purchase it. Was on sale for $120. Though still a high price, it was close enough to fair. Back to the size. I got to the register and he told me it was more expensive, would be $139. I asked why. Said it is a XXXL and starting with that size it uses more material and cost more. Told him I was told he had XXL two hours ago. Says he sold 5 of them since. Really ? I OK let's say he did. So I asked him why do I have to pay more for being fat and now needed the XXXL; but more importantly because he "sold" the XXL he supposedly had. Went back and forth. I paid the extra $$ because I waited too long to decide to get one and it was my ONLY way to get one before today's game . But you want to fat shame me, charge me more for the bigger size (specially when you said on the phone 2 hours ago you had XXL) fine. I bought it at the higher fat people price. GUARANTEE YOU I WILL NEVER SPEND A DIME THERE AGAIN. Hope that $19 was worth it. Oh and this review will stick forever and even if 95 percent of the people that read this think I'm a fat a-hole, you WILL lose business (besides mine). Not a smart business decision. Everybody, I don't work for nor have an affiliation with The Sports Addict, but that place in Fountain Valley is awesome. Would have ordered from them (and they cost less) but I needed the Jersey for tonight and this place had it. Sports Addict was sold out. Having the jersey (even with the name on the back which is almost blasphemous, is why you got the 2nd star Can't believe that $19 was worth it to you . Don't spend it all in one place

The staff here is very friendly and helpful both in store and on the phone. I had my eyes on a specific jersey which I could of bought from the MLB website but I decided to call around. They were more than helpful to check their stock and provide me costs on the phone. I saved about $30 when you consider the added cost shipping would of been to order from MLB and it's the exact same authentic jersey. So if you want to save some money, consider supporting this local business. While I was there I also decided I would like to purchase a hat. Because many of the options I was looking at were fitted hats and I had never sized my head before I learned a lot about sizing from the staff and they helped me find my head size and I got a hat that fits me perfectly. You can't get this level of service online. They have a wide selection of all the local and Major League teams whether you're in the market for a jersey, t-shirt, jacket, hats, accessories, and more. It's a fairly large store too so it's worth a visit and is conveniently located within the Outlets of Orange shopping mall near Dave & Busters.

My husband and I have stopped here a few times and we haven't had any bad experience. The people who work here are you helpful. The store seems a little small due to all the merchandise. They have jerseys.

I bought a Ducks shirt before going to a game but ended up not wearing it so I went back the next weekend to return it. Their policy is no returns on discounted items. That's clearly stated on the receipt and completely understandable. The part that I don't understand is that I wasn't allowed to return it because I received a military discount on the full price shirt. Almost all of the stores in the outlets offer a military discount but this is the first one I've ever been to that wouldn't let me return something. I ended up exchanging it...so realistically it should not go back on the shelf for full price right? Since it's a discounted item...Lol

Store hours 10am-9pm. It's 10:20 and doors are locked, lights out and no one in sight. 3 other people were waiting and already left. Show up on time or find staff that are reliable.

Seems like a corporate office. Not open to the public. You guys should consider posting that on here before folks go out of their way to drive here.

It's that time of year where stores are just crazy busy and this store was no exception! It was a busy day but customer service was great, employees were very knowledgeable of their merchandise and very friendly and fun which made my shopping experience here even better. and a big thank you to the employee with the glasses (I'm so sorry I forget names) but he was very helpful in helping me find a couple gifts to cross off my Christmas list thanks for being very patient and approachable, you are very appreciated and keep up the good work! Will definitely be coming back to this location for future gifts.

Completely unprofessional employee. I asked him a simple question and his answer was "I don't know" if you're employee doesn't know / have an answer for a customer. What are you paying him to do?! This is not only a waste of the company's money, the employee time, and my time for going into your store and expecting a great experience. Please either educate your employees or find someone that is willing to produce a service.

Talk about the worst customer service experience ever in life. Came in and was greeted by some guy with a man bun but that was about the only interaction he had while doing some paper work at the front. There were about 6 customers wondering around getting no help from this dude. I ended up going to lids but had no luck so I had to come back to the lifeless customer service guy. I came back to ask him to see some hats because they were behind the counter and I asked him to show me a certain team and he pointed with his pen and said "that's what I got." And than proceeded to do his paperwork. I would have bought one of the hats but since this guy had no interest in selling me this hat, I will go back to the District and go to their store since they pay attention to their customers. So dude working the closing shift, get it together and work.

Check the price of the items you are purchasing!!!! The store charges more than it's stated and when you let them know they say no refunds and won't give you the difference. So please check the price before you pay or you may regret it and feel betrayed.

They had everything La Rams and much much more! Staff and manager were very helpful and knowledgeable of what I was trying to find. A must visit if your at The block of Orange.
