“Visited OC Sports Equipment for the 1st time to wrap some baseball bats & was very satisfied with the way everything turned out. While I waited I looked around & this place has everything you need for any sport. I liked the layout of things, each sport has its own section which makes finding things easy. Not to mention the service was great. The owner is friendly and helpful. Support small businesses before heading out other big time sports shops.”

I came in to make a return and was assisted by Kirsten, who was good at making small talks and sharing the on-going promotions. Kirsten and Melani checked up on me consistently and kindly answered my questions. They also mentioned assistance with in-store online order if needed.
I did not make an in-store purchase due to unavailability in the colors and sizes of the models I wanted it. I noticed that very few models carry the small sizes in-store.”

This is a family run business who treats their customers like family and the quality of their products is amazing. One thing I would note is that on adult sizes the shirts run a little larger than normal which is just the way I like it. Large retailers will never match the true value and service that this locally owned business provides. If I could give them 6 stars I would!!!!”

“I own a doggy daycare and boarding facility nearby and I was on the hunt for a couple of plastic pools for the pups to play in as it was a very hot day. No other places I called had any. I called big five and they had only two in stock and was willing to put them aside for us to come pick them up. They were very helpful over the phone and when we arrive they had the pools put aside for us. Great customer service, and a great selection of products. I have been to this store many times for different things and have always received great customer service. I would definitely recommend this particular big five.”

“The store is located between Bloomingdale and Nordstrom Rack. Parking is pretty easy even on weekends. Got a very chill and relaxing vibe with a slow flowing water fountain in front. The UA store is located away from the crowded area. The store is nicely organized, clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and very willing to help when you need them.”
