For anyone evaluating imaging software, I would recommend looking at an alternative. X-rays keep disappearing and it's making operations so much harder. Literally have had to recall patients just to take new X-rays for insurance. The support team has not made any attempts to contact me after I've reached out multiple times. Please save your office the trouble and look elsewhere for imaging.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced with any dental software. If you need to contact tech support for whatever reason, you'll have to leave a VM and wait days for a return call. Some times you don't receive a call. When a tech does contact you, they will only let you know it is to "escalate" your call to someone else who will call you back.

The technician (Ian Baldwin) who helped me today was just terrific! I really appreciate his expertise in solving my problem (reconnected the network between my laptop and desktop computers). Plus he was very patient with me and answered all my questions. Thank you, Ian and SOTA Imaging Support.

We have SOTA Imaging forever, this is one of the best programs that we got. We contacted tech support several times and had the best experience with Enoch Kang. The professionalism that we received and the quality of the service indescribable. Hope he will stay with the team for a life. Thank you for the outstanding service.

Chris at Sota Imaging has been unbelievable helpful. I am a dentist in Colorado who is married to a Costa Rican woman and we travel 3 times a year to Costa Rican to visit her family and do free dentistry for low income Costan Ricans. Sota Precision has the best technical support, thank u Aaron. We've been using the clio sensor for few years now and it has earned its name PRECISION as well as their CLARIS Intraoral Camera's CLEAR Shots. I give them CLARITY, QUALITY & PRECISION!
