This is my opinion OK, To me they don't have good organization, I call for appointment the lady answered said, is not with appointment just came in sing and they call in order to that list, I said ok cool thanks,.
I arrived at 8:45 am. Because they opened at 9 am, I was the 2nd person on the list, and they called me until 11:45 am. to take my information, after the lady takes my information, she calls Jose because I have to do taxes for my business, personal and add my house, after he review everything, he ask me for more documents which I don't have at the moment, and he said, IF YOU WANT YOU CAN COME BACK WITH APPOINTMENT AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO WAIT, I said ok what time? And we set the appointment at 2 pm on the same date, so I went back with all the documents at 1:45 pm, and at 4:20 the lady at the front desk she call me and told me, JOSE STILL BUSY WITH ANOTHER PERSON HE CAN'T ASSIST YOU TODAY ? ? imagine all the hours I was waiting for nothing on the end, and you know the classic word IM SORRY, with sorry want to fix everything.

Excellent service, I recommend them.
All the staff are very prepared and most of all very friendly, with a very comfortable waiting room with snacks available while you wait.
I've been coming for 11 years, I drive 46 miles to get there, but it doesn't matter because they do a good job, God bless them always??

Wanting to take a moment and show my appreciation for Enrique. He was referred to us by a friend about 2 years ago and we have since been going to him. He is a busy man so when you go expect a wait but just know he is very thorough, patient and tries to get you the best result for your taxes. We had forgotten something super important when we went and he was still very accommodating and understanding which we definitely appreciated. To be 100% honest ever since I've been coming to him I realized that the place I would drive almost 2 hours for every year was doing it wrong. They never cared to get me the best results they never asked questions or informed me of things that would benefit me like he has. So once again, Thank you!

Lost all my paper work and charged me 150$ dollars twice to send the weong paper work to the IRS. I had since may of last year dealing with this issue not being able to do my taxes for the past two years! Horrible costumer service! Had me waiting for 3 hours just to tell me they lost my paper work and i will receive a call its been 2 weeks and nothing!
