Don’t bother, called multiple time and it’s just some dude who yells HOW CAN I HELP YOU and then hangs up immediately.

I noticed my coolant system had a leak somewhere so I initially took it into a nearby dealer to have it looked at. They tried to get me to replace the water pump and extremely upcharged me for the repair. I'm so glad I got a second opinion at Snow's. The mechanics there are very trustworthy and knowledgeable. They even taught me a little bit about common issues with coolant leaks and walked me through what the issues may be with my car. I'm glad to have left my car in their very capable hands.

I've been taking my vehicle to Snow's Automotive for several years now. The location does not look like much and the building is a bit rundown and dirty. It smells like an auto repair shop. If you can get past that, it has been a great experience with reliable and reasonable service. All the guys I have dealt with have been great and they have never tried to up-sell me or tell me I need some service that I really don't need. I can trust them, and that's not always easy as a female getting a vehicle serviced. Also, I like to drop off my vehicle and head over to Starbucks for a while until they are finished. And don't be surprised if you see a cat-they take good care of the cat.

I took my suburban in the shop the month of July. Spent way more than I should have . Now finding out a little more than two months later that my rotors and brake both need total replacement . What? This is after taking the truck in for servicing in July. A full check and bought it back three times because my transmission that worked great prior to bringing it in. Is not shifting and dragging through gears . As , I mentioned took the truck in three times and advised then about this condition, shifting , transmission now that did not exist before. Within less than an hour each time they indicated the truck was fine. Could not find anything. The guy tells me its the gasoline I am using. C'mon' I said really. Your going to feed me that line of bs. I've had the truck for several years always put 89 octane . Never drove like this. Then his advises me that gas changes and they looked at it three times. To put in 91 octane. Nothing wrong. So after all my time to get this done right. I drove the truck . It was terrible . I went to Shelman Chevrolet in Orange that same day. I advise Snow that I took the truck there to have them look at it and put a stop payment on the check. Well, I call up Shelman and the tech say's you wont believe this. Joe from Snow Ford called us and said there is nothing wrong with the truck and to tell the customer , me to pick it up. I said what? It is my truck and they are calling you on my truck. The tech said I know it is are first time somebody has done this. Talk about unethical . We cant do that. Your the customer. Shelman in Orange did a great job. They did not charge me a dime. The tech said its on us. Just glad we figured it out. They found that Snow Auto Group put to much transmission fluid in my truck . Enough to cause it to run and miss , like a pull . So, it was not the gas I was putting in . It was their own incompetent work. Really, after three times they cant figure the fluid was too high. All they wanted was their money. I would advise anybody bringing there vehicle in to Snow Auto to reconsider. Now I need to spend another $1,500.00. to replace the rotors and brakes because in July they advised me my brakes were fine. Wont be back.. Lot of other places. I have had great experience with Chapman Auto Group too. Shelman is great too. A big help.

I'm 99% sure these guys are as blind as a bat. Brought my 2000 4runner for a pre sale inspection and they did a horrible job. Somehow they missed thousands of dollars worth of damage. This car had the bolt between the lower and upper control arm almost completely broken. Didn't notice almost every weld on the frame was absolute dog s*** and had bubbles. Failed to see that the starter is wired through the spark plugs along with countless other wiring issues. Couldn't even realize that this car should have been salvaged title with how much damage there is. It took my mechanic back home 30 min to see plenty of issues with this car they spent an hour and a half looking at. Definitely would not recommend this shop to anyone. He was more focused on talk to me and my blond friend then doing actual work apparently. Scammers.
