i'm from out of town, and I was looking for a CBD disposable to keep me entertained while in Cali. This place was great super friendly. the guy i spoke to gave me a recommendation and it is great! they had a great selections of all different things and glass!! I will for sure be back! Thank you

Rushed to get here before they closed. It says they close at 10pm but at 9:45pm it was clear they had been closed for awhile. Everything was locked up, no lights: on, no cars in the parking lot etc. update your hours and stick to them. Pretty basic good business rule to follow.

If possible, I'd give Smoke Empire 10 stars (or at least a bonus star! Super friendly, well kept, great selection, and, if you're at all interested in receiving high-quality customer service, look no further! Of course, I always leave here a happy customer; but what I really actually find to be the most cool, is how I always find myself happy (low key almost excited) on my way or as I pull up. Thank you FD!

I loved this place so much !! up until I walked there the other day. because it was the closest one to me, but still a good mile walk. and because I looked on here (Google maps) and it said they were open till 10 pm. and i so I walk there and I get there and they're closed. !!! and it was only like 6 or 7:30pm . oh my god I was livid I hate nothing more about companies when they do that !! say that they're open till a certain time, then be closed. so lame ! I'm over it,.but for reals. it sucked big time !! :( I still love ya guys !!

This guy is a joke, I've spent over a grand at this place in the last two years, easily. Yet, this guy has the nerve when I go in to return a pod that literally won't work to tell me "I'll do it this one time". Then proceeds with a few other snarky comments. As if I'm trying to scam him out of 5 dollars. You won't have to do it another time buddy, I will not be coming back.

Overpriced and terrible customer service. Would not recommend this shop when there are so many others close by for a lot cheaper products and friendly service

They have their time set to close at 10pm on Google and yelp yet they closed at 9 and in front of my face when i parked just before 9. If that's their regular closing time they should update it everywhere instead of making potential customers waste their time.
