I bought this vape earlier this morning 1/14/23 tried it in the parking lot first pull off of the vape it wouldn't stop vaping battery was still going. Turned around to show the guy he said no it's working. All I wanted was another one that wasn't defective.. he wouldn't do anything for me. So I left and within a few mins it feel apart in my hands. I paid 22.00 cash for this defective vape.... And the store refused to help what kinda customer service is that¿????? PLEASE DON'T GO BUY VAPES FROM THESE PEOPLE THERE NOT HONEST PEOPLE THERE JUST OUT FOR THE MONEY. Oh buy the way the name of the business changed.

Was treated rudely and felt like I was being discriminated. Was told to step back away from display case cause while looking through the front at the product the tenant had to make it clear he didn't want to be "BREATHED ON". Stupid to say to a guest while "you're on the other side of the glass walking to the pipes from the other counter" It was my first time and for sure to be my last.

This may not be the best smokeshop out there but the gentleman working named Raphael was very friendly and happy to answer all my questions WITH HONESTY to the best of his knowledge. Several other smokeshops in the area made me feel as if i am an annoyance for simply asking for product information. Irritated that they had to put their cell phones down to help a customer... no thanks to those places

This is the worst place in Orange County California to buy any kind of tobacco products vaping tobacco cigarettes the place is a total rip-off they sell all stale product and will not give a refund upon dissatisfied products thank you

Great place to go on here for a while couple years now great prices and great atmosphere great location I will recommend it to anybody because I have such a wide selection but it’s almost impossible that they don’t have what you want.

This place is great! The proprietor is friendly (but quiet) and he works hard at keeping the inventory stocked and current. If a few prices seem a little higher as somebody commented, I don't think it will be coming from a small independent smoke shop. I think his prices are good. Think about trying to run that business with the low profit margins of cigarettes and vape oil. It's a wonder he can do that 80 hours a week and still have a life of his own.

Me and my roommates go to place for juul pods and e juice. They have great prices and the owner is super friendly. Highly recommend!

I am giving 5 Stars BUT the new Caucasian lady who I saw in there one day besides Ralph is RUDE AS F**** I am freshly 21 and i showed her my ID and she didn't want to accept it because it looked "fake" from her words. A DISGRACE. How can you tell me you will not service me when all i need is wraps and then tell ME my CA ID is fake? why do you have a job crazy women. She needs to be tossed out
