After a tiring day of moving, I needed a remote control for a Sleep Number bed. Mark showed me how to order it from my phone (not at stores), then showed me until I get the remote the steps to pressurize the bed from my phone. Mark was very helpful and patient to senior me with a frazzled mind.

Great beds and Mark is very helpful. Highly recommended. Beds last a long time. 12 years later and I finally bought a new one.
