As expected, when looking for an adequate case to safely transport my Mathews Phase4 compound bow, I ended up at SKB.
SKB products have their price, but they are definitely worth every single cent. The quality is beyond any doubt and the case just looks really cool. OD Military Green and Mathews logo... What more could you want ??

I received a very fast response to my request for a lock replacement for my golf travel case. The interactions were all very professional and extremely customer focused. The replacement came and was extremely easy to install. I didn't expect SKB to provide the replacement parts at no cost to me. That was a very pleasant surprise. Thanks again To Jacqueline and SKB Cases for that. I have told everyone I know what a wonderful customer experience provided by Jacqueline and SKB cases.

Worst case and customer service ever. First they sent the wrong case...then they sent a case with defective handle and keys that didn't fit the locks. I've been dealing with their "customer service" for 2 weeks getting nothing but the runaround. They don't follow through, return calls, or apparently do any quality control. Do yourself a favor and buy ANYTHING else. SKB sucks!!!

Jacqueline was an awsome help when i was having issues with my case. She was pro city and Kind as it gets. My case is like new and i told my buddy that owns a music store how great your company was to me. !!!!!! Customer service seems at time to be a lost art but you all still have it for sure. We had a crack in the wheel housing of a golf travel case. I spoke with Jacqueline in Customer Service (super professional). Then I spoke to Vanessa in the Service Center and they replaced the cracked housing while I waited. They were all so friendly and provided Excellent Customer Service. What a great product!

Best customer service ever (I live in LA) and I paid a visit to the shop in Orange since I got back from tour and the wheels of my cymbal case were wrecked and stuck so I came to have them fixed... in 20 minutes I walked out with my case back in perfect working conditionThanks skb

I have a SKB golf case where the metal latches were worn out. I contacted SKB. They provided new latches, no charge, and they sent them to me first class in time for me to go on my international trip! It’s the greatest customer service experience I’ve ever had.

put my clubs in this SKB hardshell case. Never traveled with clubs before, so i didn't know how to package them. SKB does not include proper packing or any information when you purchase it. Well my driver head broke, snapped right off the shaft during travel on a commercial airline. SKB says they have a $1,500 warranty, but it does not cover this as they only cover failure of the case itself, not 'improper packing' as they called it to me. So long story short, learn how to pack your clubs if you use this or any golf case as SKB does not provide proper packing techniques.

I bought my case over 20 years ago and it has traveled all over the US/Mexico and Alaska. Been loved and abused by the boys and girls of every airline and has been a ROCK star. The locks on a couple of the latches started to get real tough to turn. I emailed support my model number and issue. The only thing they asked me was my shipping address. A full set of locks arrived a week later!! Killer customer service!

I had bought a tackle box from SKB 20 years ago! That tackle box endured weather elements, tough treatment, salt water - you name it! After 20 years, it had served me very well, but it was starting to show its age with a hinge that broke, the closing clasp was also broken - the tackle box had a crack at the hinge connection.I emailed SKB asking about their lifetime warranty, and, to my delight, they honored it after 20 YEARS! They sent me a brand new replacement a week later.SKB is a solid brand and they have integrity, which is hard to find nowadays! Their products are top notch, and they stand by their lifetime warranty!

I ordered a keyboard case that was on back order. After 3 months of waiting they sent me an email stating they were unable to provide accommodations for backordered items. If I preferred to cancel, I could. So I waited... another 2 months. I finally got the email that the case was getting shipped out. I reached out again to see if they could send me any perks for waiting almost half a year and they sent the exact same email they sent me 2 months prior. Super impersonal. They did not want to help out or spend time with my inconvenience whatsoever.

My SKB case recently failed (latch broke, bass was spilled out on the baggage carousel), and while they agreed to repair/replace, the lifetime warranty is worthless when the cost to ship the case back to them is as much as it cost to buy it in the first place. If SKB truly stood behind their product, they wouldn't shift that burden to the customer. But I'm under no illusion that SKB isn't fully aware of that. It's a calculated policy - they can claim to provide a lifetime warranty while knowing full well that they won't end up having to honor it. Here's an idea - based on my photos, you agreed the case was covered. How about you just ship me a new case and save me the unnecessary cost of shipping you the failed one?
