We are very satisfied with our Sit N Sleep experience. Our salesman Eric listened to what our needs were and directed us to a bed that satisfied our needs. He also introduced us to a wonderful pillow called a “Honey Dew”. Love it!! The bed was within our budget range as well. Delivery was timely and the personnel were very courteous. All in we give our experience a thumbs up. ??

Was looking for a mattress to support my back pain, and I found the perfect one with my sales person Dave He was very helpful showed me several alternatives and I am excited to take delivery next Tuesday Would definitely recommend sit and sleep on Katella and Orange

Fantastic customer service. The salesman had lots of experience and knew his mattresses very well. If we had just walked around the store by ourselves, we would not have been nearly as successful or satisfied with our purchase as we were when we walked around with the salesman. He was very upfront about which mattresses were more or less expensive and wasn't trying to upsell us, because the mattress he was (correctly) confident would be our favorite wasn’t the most expensive but was however a great quality. We have had our new mattress for a few weeks now and can notice an improvement in our sleep. They also have a quick and easy delivery process got it to us 3 days after we purchased it. I would definitely return here next time we need a new mattress.

Ask for Eric! He’s the best! He’s knowledgeable, patient and funny. He will help you find exactly what you need and what you are looking for. He asks good questions that help you narrow down what you are looking for. I went in without really knowing what I had in mind and he helped make it easy for me! Thanks Eric!

Went in to just look not intending to buy. Dave was our salesperson and he was so nice and relaxed and very knowledgeable about all the mattresses. After taking up about an hour of his time we decided to buy one of the mattress he recommended. We enjoyed our interaction with Dave and will certainly go back should we need another mattress.

Dave was a nice gentleman did not push or make us feel like we needed to make a purchase. I cannot stress enough what an absolute gem Angelia was during my visit. I’ve had several sleepless nights, and I’ve been unsure what exactly I need to fix it. When I came in, Angelia was patient, thorough, and friendly, and helped set me up with all that I needed to make a purchase that was right for me. I am so thankful to her for helping me find the right mattress for me, and for just being a delight to talk to.

Wife and I walked into the Orange store with an idea of what we wanted but really unsure. Have not purchased a new mattress for at least 15 years. Dave greeted us and after showing us what we asked about he continued to show other options and we are so glad he did. My wife and I spent the next 30 minutes testing out (the best you can in a store) multiple mattresses: Hybrids and the more traditional type. Narrowed it down to two and Dave worked out a fantastic deal on both before we decided. We decided on the KingKoil x25 with an adjustable base. Dave made the transaction easy and scheduled delivery. We walked out feeling very comfortable with the purchase (product & price) and happy with the help and service we received from Dave. Don’t buy online, go in and visit this store, Dave won’t disappoint. Looking forward to the new mattress.
