Back in January I was rear-ended in my 2019 Golf R, 91 Blue Spektrum edition. Obviously I was distraught over the accident, but I was also very stressed about which auto body shop to pick for repairs. The color is special edition, and 1 of 12 here in the US. I wanted to make sure that wherever I got the work done, they'd do it well. Allen made this process headache free, with many updates and constant reassurance. I received my car back and aside from the mangled license plate you can't tell it was damaged. They matched the color as close to perfect as possible. I drove about 2.5 hours from where I live just to take it to these guys, and I'd do it again if I were to get in another accident. Can't thank these guys enough for not only taking phenomenal care of my car, but also working with my schedule. Sorry for the late review Allen, it had slipped my mind ?♂️
Bottom line, these guys do great work, and are very transparent and trustworthy. 10/10 experience!

Signature did such a killer job on their work. I took my s2000 to them after getting into an accident and they returned it good as new. Couldn't be happier with the service. Allen is a professional and did a great job providing updates throughout the repair process. If needed, I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car to them again.

This is an excellent body shop highly recommended to me by fellow members of the car enthusiast community and did an excellent job fixing rear bumper damage on my Porsche. If I can trust their quality of work with my car, you can likely trust them with yours. Allen and company were highly responsive, easy to communicate with and very transparent with parts and labor costs charging a very fair and reasonable rate for their work. I can recommend them to anyone who needs body work and related repairs to their car.

Great expereince here at Signature Autobody. Had absolutley 0 issues with this team as they were very responsive, open to communicate, and willing to help me out. Took my AP1 S2000 here after someone side swiped me, dented my door in, and scratched up my rear quarter panel. Big thank you to Allen for keeping me updated with phone calls and emails, and even diagnosing what was wrong with my driver side window regulator. These guys care about your car and want to see it on the road again. Can't list all the things they helped me out with because this review would get way too long but seriously, this is the spot if you care about your car and want the right people to work on it. Will be coming here again if I ever find myself in an accident.

I've been working with Signature Autobody for years with various vehicles. They always provide the best quality paint in the area. Paint quality is very important to myself and my clients but to make it better the service is excellent. I know I can always trust Allen, Lawrence and James to deliver above my expectations. Allen at Signature Autobody had been super helpful and responsive throughout the entire process: from getting back to me promptly with an estimate for the repairs to communicating back and forth with the insurance adjuster to get my car fixed and returned within 2 weeks of time, even when it's around the holidays! Highly recommended for your autobody repairs!

Came here to get a quote and was quoted $4,000 more on average then the 3 other body shops i went to and that they would need it for 14 days vs 6-7 from all the other shops. I get paying more for quality craftsmanships and service but this seemed crazy to me

Poor service when i walked in. I got 4 quotes today to getting my car fixed and the other 3 were in same ballpark then i got a quote from signature and it was $4,000 more than every other shop and was gonna take 8 days longer to fix. I can understand $500 more maybe even $1,000 if it really is quality craftsmanship but $4,000 more was insane. I told Him i was paying cash too out of pocket not from an insurance company! Bad customer service from the guy who gave me estimate. $6000 to fix the front and back bumper of a car....crazy

My experience with Signature Autobody went really smooth. I had an issue where I backed my GR86 into a pole and dented and scraped my back bumper. When I reached out to them, Alan was quick to respond and we set up an appointment to get the car fixed. The first time around, the paint didn't match too well, and when I brought it up to them they were very understanding and worked with me. Second time around it was a perfect match. I'm very happy with how my car looks and highly recommend them based on customer service alone. Needless to say they've gained a customer for life. Big thanks to Alan and the team!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I brought my vehicle to get repaired after being struck in a parking lot and they ordered the wrong front bumper causing a massive delay in the repairs BUT that's not even what gets them a 0/5. They illegally parked my vehicle on the side of their shop in a FIRE LANE only to get hit by a parts delivery truck which totaled my car. Lawrence the owner denies any liability even though the vehicle was under their care. If you love your car, do yourself a favor and get it fixed somewhere else. I bet they don't park their shops formula red NSX in a fire lane but they have the audacity to charge my insurance for "storage" each day it was there and they can't cover the cost for a rental. It's been months and I still don't have a car.. I should have never taken my car here, no wonder they aren't a AAA trusted body shop.Services: Painting

I contacted Signature Autobody this morning to ask for the name of their insurance company. The man (can't refer to him as a gentleman) I spoke with asked why I wanted that information. I told him so that I could contact them regarding body damage done to a vehicle in their shop for repair. He said "why would I give you that information?" to which I responded, because you are supposed to. He said he would not give me that information. I told him I would then obtain it from the state website after I contact the Bureau of Auto Repairs. He said "good luck with that" and hung up on me. What the heck?
