This company is pretty much on its last breath. Never have I seen such bad service and management. Montroy will beat any prices you get here, good time to switch vendors before sign-mart leaves you hanging.

I have seen a handful of mixed reviews about Sign Mart over the years and though i’m not one to typically write reviews, I don’t feel the negative reviews accurately describe Sign-Mart.We have had a few big projects with deadlines that have snuck up on us and have needed materials in a quick manner on multiple occasions. Everytime we’ve called someone has been able to help us and provide accurate ETA’s, inventory status of materials and more.Even though not everyone’s experience is the same, if you are in the printing/sign making industry I would not hesistate to give Sign Mart a call when thinking of your next project!-Speedpro Imaging LA North

Not great at resolving issues, I was impress by the employees trying to help me resolve an issue but when it apparently was down to the owners decision, the issue wasn't resolved. Not even half way! I had to take the hit completely. I am glad it happened with something small. I have had better relationships with other companies.

I was very skeptical to contact this company to purchase material for my business, however, I spoke with Tony in customer service or sales department (very polite, professional and really nice) he spoke very highly about Sign Mart convinced me to give this company a try. So, yesterday I called and asked for Tony, the receptionist which name I did not understand when she answered, puts me on hold, comes back and I asked her again can I speak to Tony is he available, she pauses and said he is not available (very unprofessional and rude) I asked again when can I contact him then she says he is no longer with the company. Well that was a bummer, I explained to the receptionist the reason for my call and she seemed very bothered like she didn't care....well she did not prove me wrong! I told I would go to the company I had in mind in the first place and she said that's fine and hung up on me. Now I see why this company has such horrible reviews. Mr. Gene - after reading a few reviews I believe you are the owner, just want to give a thumbs up to Tony in customer service/sales, he spoke super highly about your company. It's too bad, you need more employees like Tony with such good attitude and overall spoke highly about your company. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the receptionist super rude and unprofessional.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They seem to be buddy-buddy with a long standing customer but if you're a new customer, just take your business somewhere else. They will need to check everything, your resale license, need to call the company, everything. Afterwards, they took a long time to check on your item. After they finally locate the item, you paid and then you have to go around their building and went to their warehouse to get the item. I think buying a prescribe medication without a prescription at a pharmacy is easier than doing business with them lol. It's just a vinyl for god sake. For one roll of vinyl, I have to wait for almost an hour!!!!!!

You can do business with a lot of companies these days. But when it comes to issues solving, I can't say enough about Gene Sobel the owner of Sign Mart. Thank you Gene for understanding .
