Shutter Heaven has been my go to place for shutters. I've had them come to my first home and now my second home. They even did all the shutters for my parents house in HB. We are very happy with the price and the quality of work that was done.

I couldn't be more happy w/my shutters from Shutter Heaven. The price for what I got was exceptional & shockingly low! I thought I was going to have to wait some time before being able to afford shutters for my Primary bedroom, but with Shutter Heaven's price I could NOT pass up the offer! Sales representative, office staff & installer were professional, efficient & cordial. Everything to make my purchase an exceptional experience!

Richard apparently the owner and also the sales guy who promised the sky and under-delivered with broken promises. We have over 15 shutters installed with only 2 are of with somewhat acceptable quality. The products he sells under Norman shades brand are cheaply made. He promised to reinstall the one shutter that we have to close by force and for almost a year later I'm still chasing him and he's still trying to avoid. He only knows how to sell. The post sales service is horrible. Stay away from this business as much as you can.

My experience with Richard and his office staff was great! He was patient with my decision-making process and the woven Roman shades look great in my living room and daughter’s room. I will definitely use his company when I finish the other rooms in the house!

This is a follow up on my last review with my official written complaints to the office after Richard (one of the owners) called me requesting to take down the online reviews in exchange for them to rectify the issues. Attached is a copy of the written correspondence between me and the other owner (Krystal- the wife) on 11/26-27. You can compare the tone of voice in what she posted online versus the attitude and manipulation she throws at you behind the scenes. It's disgusting how people are these days running a business even citing Bible Scriptures on their Instagram message to impress people how decent they are. In fact, it's the ultimate opposite. Now basically they are saying go to Norman blinds and good luck. You picked the wrong product and that's on you. Unfortunately, there's no ZERO star. Please stay away from this company at all costs.

This company is a nightmare to deal with - sales person offered no options and made "promises" about what shades would look like. She measured wrong and they looked horrible. They eventually got fixed after filng a dispute with my credit card company and COSTCO. But, the manager of the store - Krystal - was rude and HORRIBLE!! Her response was ridiculous - I didn't measure the windows incorrectly; her salesperson did (who I learned from someone else at the store was new and didn't know what she was doing.) COSTCO made them replace the shades so they actually fit, but the entire experience was a nightmare.

Such a great experience working with Shutter Heaven. Richard is so knowledgeable and a joy to work with! He made the decision making process much easier. It’s an incredibly well run business. Our woven shades and motorized solar shade turned out great! Everything was processed and installed on time. I would definitely use them again and again!

Really happy for the service I got from Shutter Heaven. I am very happy with cellular shades as they keep my home the perfect temperature without heat or AC. Chelsi was so helpful rescheduling me when I had a work conflict.!

Richard, Krystal, Chelsi and Omar have been wonderful to work with. We needed window treatments for every window in our home and of the several window treatment companies we got quotes from, he was the only one to repeatedly follow up with us before the sale. He made several visits to our home to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. And he was thorough enough to arrange a visit with a neighbor who was a happy former client so I could see the window treatments in person. That was a huge help in making the decision. Their prices were pretty comparable to others, and actually competitive since we got the Costco discount. Even more impressive, after the sale, they also made sure we were satisfied with the product and installation. We will be recommending them to friends.

From start to finish, Shutter Heaven was a great experience. Richard, the owner, listened to me and helped narrow down exactly what I wanted. He was not pushy, was professional and arrived timely.The shutters came in earlier than expected and the scheduling process was very easy. Omar came to install the shutters, arrived right on time and was very cordial. He worked efficiently and cleaned up after himself. The shutters look amazing and I am very happy with the quality. Pricing was very competitive and I strongly recommend!
