“Very large shoe store in the Outlets area. There are many types of shoes sold here, including sports shoes, walking shoes, and exercise shoes. In addition, there are many types of fashion clothes for summer, winter, spring, and autumn sold here, which must be of very good quality and very high prices, the prices are also very reasonable and there are always special discounts.”
“I come here when I need well-made shoes that are going to last a long time. With that said, I don't come here very often. Today, I went looking for boots. And I was not disappointed. I found two styles that were really nice. I was the only one in the store and the staff there was very accommodating. They checked my foot size. They assisted with putting the shoes on and off. They went into the back and got the right size for me and were able to order the correct size and color of style that I wanted. I find their customer service excellent. I know others here have said the staff has been rude. I did not have that experience.”

“This Carter's store is located in The Outlets of Orange near the North end by Guitar Center and Dave and Busters. It has a nice layout with easy to find sizes and styles. The customer service is fantastic with a greeting to customers as they enter the store. There is always a few follow ups to see if they can assist you in any way. They have competitive pricing and lots of cute styles. They also have accessories and toys. Don't forget to sign up for their rewards program to start earning.”

“We went to almost every store here at the Block looking for a suit (or equivalent separates) and came up zero at every one of them (common size I guess). On our way out, saw Perry Ellis and decided to try there. Boy, do I wish we'd come here first. Great selection (multiple in the size we needed, versus basically none at the other stores), great prices, and Ricardo was incredibly helpful. Informative, gave great advice, and very nice. Glad we came here. Highly recommend this store and Ricardo in particular.”
“From my personal experience, the customer service here was exceptional. I came in to make a return and was assisted by Kirsten, who was good at making small talks and sharing the on-going promotions. Kirsten and Melani checked up on me consistently and kindly answered my questions. They also mentioned assistance with in-store online order if needed.
I did not make an in-store purchase due to unavailability in the colors and sizes of the models I wanted it. I noticed that very few models carry the small sizes in-store.”

“In the madness of Christmas shopping, the ladies here were very helpful to me. I needed a bag to hide my Claire’s bag from the kids, every store turned me down except for this one where they helped me with a smile. People who genuinely care about their customers is hard to find, and when you’re not necessarily shopping with them it’s even harder. This is a store I will be back to because kindness goes a long way.”
“This review goes out for Stephanie, who was at the cash register when I purchased my son’s shoes. Provided such great customer service since the beginning, very friendly, had just a great attitude was very helpful, answered all my questions, was very patient with me. She also helped me purchase my son’s shoes online since it was not available in the store, she checked other stores for me since I needed them by Monday. She verified all my information and the size of the shoes. I’m a mom of 4 kids and money can be tight sometimes she was also kind enough to look up my information to see if I had any coupons or points and she did I had $10 of birthday coupon. Too me she literally went above and beyond. I left very happy and satisfied from the store. I don’t usually shop there but I will definitely be returning and referring my friends and family. Other staff members also helped with looking for shoes and sizes. Thank you Stephanie, I hope the manager is proud of having you as an employee. I would.”

“I went in here the other day to return a pair and get another new pair of shoes. I found the ones I was looking for and they fit me comfortably.
Found some shoes that were $18 and they were the only lugged converse sneakers that are so comfortable.”
“The salesman Joel was awesome. Service here was amazing. Came in to look into getting a new set of boots. He was informative and ended up helping me out with a custom request concerning used boots. “The store is located between Bloomingdale and Nordstrom Rack. Parking is pretty easy even on weekends. Got a very chill and relaxing vibe with a slow flowing water fountain in front. The UA store is located away from the crowded area. The store is nicely organized, clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and very willing to help when you need them.”
“Wanted to share the awesome experience provided at the Orange Outlet store by Carmen. I frequently shop at Aldo and was coming in just browsing. Not only did she spend time with me providing a customized shopping experience helped my pick up four shoes for friends and family.
