Easy drop off in the rear for donations but some random workers are always disgruntled handling the donations. I don’t even say much, pull up and drop off but some workers want to act like you’re inconveniencing their life if your items aren’t properly sealed or not tied up.

Ok im not even out of the parking lot & had to do this review first. I've been coming to this place forever, at least 20 years. Lady ringing me up Haleh, first off is wearing a fanny pack that she keeps dipping into, even if its legit, it looks bad. One of my items was marked 5.99 she takes the tag off and charges me 9.99 for it. I bought 3 comics that didn't have a price tags on, so she charges me what the cover says. THENNNNN I go back in to buy something else and its 2.99 then she charges me a

Haven't been inside. Just utilized the back for donations. Was easy and the guy back there was helpful. He helped unload and made the trip fast.

The employees at this location are so rude, but it's no surprise there when the manager is also rude. How do you have attitude about people dropping off donations when that's literally what the company is based off of?

I recently donated two large bags of clothing. They made it very simple and easy allowing me to pull around back open my trunk and they took the two bags and provided me with a receipt all without me even having to get out of the car. I don't normally do the donation runs, but the last time my sister did one it was very challenging and difficult for her. My sister is a paraplegic and just getting in and out of the car for her sometimes can be a challenge never mind carrying large bags full of donations. So I feel that it is very important to have places like this one to help without having to get out of your vehicle. It helps the elderly and the entire disabled community be more independent and makes them want to give back.

Good lord - seriously rude AF - waited in line for 10 minutes to pick up a stupid cheap cd folder, you know, the kind that hasn't been in fashion for a couple of decades, but I have a car with a CD player and wanted something small to keep a few CD's safe in it. Brought it up to the counter and the lady just grabbed it, looked at the slightly torn label "this isn't 2.99, this isn't 2.99! Its 3.99!" seriously, do you think I would change a label, yet alone for something so damn cheap. Rude, disrespectful and even though its right down the street from me, and I go at least once a week, this is the second time something like that has happened with me and prices and I'm done with this location. No more donations or spending money here.

I had a load of very nice clothes to donate, so I brought them down to this locations the workers in the back taking to donations had very poor customer service. I drove up, opened my back hatch and one of them poked his head out the door and said "what do you got?". I said I had several bags of clothes. He literally just pointed to a spot on the floor inside the warehouse and walked away. No help, no assistance, nothing. Next time I go to Orange Lutheran and deposit them there. At least I know the donation is appreciated there. This was 12/26/22 at about 9:00 am. I was the only one dropping anything off. Ever again.

What a bunch of effing cranky employees who work here. There's one lady, ONE who's always super nice to me and in a kind, welcoming mood, that's Maria. So thank you, Maria for caring about customer service. The rest of you scrooges. Look, if you don't like working there, I get it, but don't project your unhappiness on the people paying money at your store. Suck it up, pretend, put a semi-smile on your face and be polite. It's really not that hard to fake it. I do it all the time LOL The manager guy there, sulky Sam. Come on, man..... do better. Just pretend or go find a job you enjoy.

They are over priced! Be careful because a lot of items, are from the dollar store $1 priced up all the way to $4 dollars! See photos... ALSO the dressing rooms have been closed for over 2 year! People are still try on stuff in-between isles, why not if you can't return it! Rumor is someone pooped in a dressing room WELL WHAT DO YOU EXPECT if the BATHROOMS are not available & being "REPAIRS" for over 3 or more years! Does anyone know what is the legality to a large building to provide bathrooms? One more thing, TRY CALLING THEM no one answers the phone, EVER!

This is my favorite thrift shop to go to! I usually find at least one thing I like- just make sure you're checking for holes and stains because a lot of things aren't clean. I really like how their prices are set based on category because it's often more affordable than other thrift stores like Goodwill. I do wish they had a student discount though! Janet (I believe that's her name) is the sweetest worker and I love how warm she is to everyone there!

The place has become a lot more organized in the last few years. There are some consignment shops right down the street that literally have garbage pails for storage and are extremely disorganized. At least this place is CLEAN!

I Went into Salvation Army today on February 11, 2022 and saw that there was three or more shoppers that did not wear a mask and I have caught Covid twice this Past 12 months and can't afford to get sick so I mentioned it to an employee and they said they don't like to say anything to people because the people might get mad
