Do not be fooled by all the five star reviews. I came to this shop with an insurance job for my motorcycle, and it's now been over a year without my motorcycle. I now have a motorcycle that is disassembled and has now way of being put together. My insurance has paid for all the repairs to Randy and after so long no repairs have even started. From what I've heard I am not the only one in this position. I would stay away from this business and Randy by all means. I am currently putting in a complaint with the BAR and recommend any one else who has dealt with Randy to take legal action against him as well.

I regret to say that my experience with Rock & Roll Custom Paint Works has been nothing short of a nightmare. I feel compelled to share my personal experience and concerns regarding this company, as they have been reported for scamming multiple customers. I initially chose Rock & Roll Custom Paint Works because of their appealing portfolio of custom paint jobs and what appeared to be a reputable business. Unfortunately, my experience with them was far from satisfactory. After paying a hefty deposit for a custom paint job on my vehicle, I soon found myself trapped in a series of unsettling issues. The first red flag was the severe lack of communication from the company. Emails and phone calls went unanswered, and promises to provide updates on the progress of the project were repeatedly broken. It became apparent that they were not operating with any semblance of professionalism or transparency. What is even more disconcerting is that I am not alone in this ordeal. A quick online search and looking through Reddit revealed a string of complaints from customers who shared remarkably similar stories of being taken advantage of by Rock & Roll Custom Paint Works. Many of them experienced delays, poor workmanship, and some even claimed to have lost their deposits entirely. As a consumer who has been affected by their questionable practices, I feel compelled to issue a strong warning to potential customers. If you are considering doing business with Rock & Roll Custom Paint Works, I urge you to exercise extreme caution. Based on the multiple reports and my own personal experience, it is evident that this company may not be operating in good faith.

Walked in and felt like THIS IS THE PLACE!!! And I was right told the guys what I wanted and they did it 1000x better than I ever thought a stock 08 FLH could look like. Brought in an already painted helmet to get some custom gold/yellow pin-striping as well as some lettering, numbering and logo design added to it. The team and artists there were very thorough and professional in explaining the process and making sure the design was perfect as I had asked for. Even when they didn’t have the exact gold color I had picked they went with a better choice that really popped on the helmet and had me come in and make sure the design was all good before finalizing the paint and finish. Overall, it was a great experience and the final product turned out beautiful.

Had a great experience, bringing in my Zamp racing helmet to get some custom, pin striping, lettering, numbering, and a custom logo painted on. I brought in some sketches of how I wanted the design to look, and they nailed it spot on and even made a artistic decision to go with a better color that would pop more on the helmet, it turned out great. I couldn't be more happy with the job done and would definitely recommend to anyone else looking to get similar services done.

Highly recommend! I brought in a gas tank for my motorcycle to get painted and unknown to me, it needed more work than just a paint job. They worked very very hard to remove the coating from the inside of the tank in order for it to be safe and paintable. I can not say enough about their hard work and excellent paint job!
