BUYERS BEWARE!!! FRAUD ALERT!!! Contacted Rick & Cliff about upgrading the premium sound system in my Tesla Model X, primarily to install a subwoofer. I purchased the package that also included upgraded the mids and added a center speaker that attached to the back of the rear view mirror. I was happy with the process and the results. A couple of years ago, I received a call from Rick, explaining that there was a $2000 upgrade to the package I had purchased, but he needed a 50% deposit. He said as soon as the ordered components arrive in a month, he would call to schedule an installation appointment. Since I was satisfied with my experience with the first transaction, I felt comfortable giving my credit card information and moving forward. Never received that call. Moreover, over the 8 months, I've left several messages and actually spoken with both Rick and Cliff about the status. Both promised a return call to resolve the issue, but I have been ghosted, and it appears the entire $2k is missing from my account. I believe that I've been patient waiting a year+ for a promised paid service. Agree?

Reus Audio delivers high quality sound and a clean tight install. Their systems are worth every penny, I've been an audio head for over 30 years, and have had countless systems installed in my vehicles over the years. Nothing compares to the high definition sound quality that Reus delivers. Reus installed my system in my Tesla X in 2020, it was absolutely amazing and I never had a single problem over the years. Fast forward to this year, I bought a new Tesla X, and Reus offered to switch over my system for less than 50% of what I paid for it in 2020! I can't recommend Reus Audio enough, they have a great group of guys working in the shop; their professionalism and craftmanship is unmatched in the industry, in my opinion anyways. Thank you to the team at Reus Audio!

Their systems are worth every penny, I've been an audio head for over 30 years, and have had countless systems installed in my vehicles over the years. Nothing compares to the high definition sound quality that Reus delivers. Reus installed my system in my Tesla X in 2020, it was absolutely amazing and I never had a single problem over the years. Amazing sound improvement on 'premium audio system' for my Tesla Model Y!I was hesitant to spend $4K on already impressive Tesla audio system.. but the results really blew me away!

Can't beat Reus audio for clean install and sound quality. Have their system in my 2004 Z06 and my 2021 Tesla model 3. Sound is amazingly crisp and clear with deep bass. Just makes you want to hear everything in the cars and makes road trip so much more enjoyable.

I’ve now had Reus’s Audio in my Tesla Model X for years and haven’t had any issues.Reus’s speaker quality, fabrication fitment and support is really next to none.Great company, great people and an amazing product! Thank you Reus Audio Systems!

Had a great experience. I was looking for someone to install some subs from my old car into a Tesla and most audio shops just tried to sell me other services they had, Rick’s team did a very good job, everything looks neat and clean, but the tuning job they did is what blew my cap off completely, I was hearing lows that I didn’t know my speaker could even produce, they made it sound just like I described I like it, but they made it even better, man has experience.I had a ton of questions and he patiently took the time to answer even the dumbest ones. They really take this sound thing seriously and I appreciated him sharing all the ways they make speakers sound better and what they did with the Reus speakers is truly exceptional. There is nothing I can really say, you have to hear the richness of all the tones to really understand.This guy really spends time with you figuring out how you want it and explaining how they are going to achieve it. Very transparent and informative every step of the way. One of the very few shops that have been in business for this long that still care about their customers. And to be fair, with these guys, they don’t treat you like a customer, they treat you like family.

Had a level 3 system installed in my P100D Tesla. The Reus team also lined the interior door panels and trunk space to reduce road noise. Could not be happier. Rick, Cliff, Joe, and Kyle have exceeded my expectations.

These guys know what they're doing. After investigating the audio landscape re: Tesla Model 3, I found that their solution is the best one available. Not cheapest, not flashiest--best. It's intended to be heard, not seen.Ultimately, I was unable to move forward with my install at this time, but I'm confident I'll re-engage them for an audio system upgrade for Model 3 once my finances allow me to do so!

I just had my Tesla Model 3+ audio system upgraded with their own subwoofer, amp, and tweeter activation. AMAZING upgrade to the audio system. I cannot recommend these guys enough. I'm an audio engineer and AV consultant, so I understand sound and the science behind it. These guys KNOW their stuff.

I found Reus systems through Tesla forums several months ago. I was having trouble finding a place in the Bay Area that had experience with Tesla. I first contacted Cliff a few months ago and he took his time to explain every detail of the different levels I could purchase. Not one time did he pressure me or recommend the highest available option. Instead, he took the time to figure out what I was looking for and provided me with options that he felt would fit my needs. I ultimately went with the 2.5 package . The appointment set up was easy. It was completed within the day which was huge for me since I was coming from out of town. The day of installation went smooth and the package I picked was everything I could ask for. I love after market audio and this system exceeded my expectations. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend this shop to anyone. Especially for Tesla owners.

Wow wow wow I first met Rick at the car show a few years back and have always wanted one of his systems. When I got my Escalade I knew that was now the time to get it. I got a 2.5 system I like a lot of bass and his system gives me not only symphony type sound but when I want to push my bass it fulfills my ever desire. The system is so crisp and clear it gives me goosebumps!I cannot be more pleased. This is only the second review I have ever made but I'm so impressed by his system and the terrific customer service that I felt the need to right a review. In addition to guarantee the system for life is yet another reason to consider going with Ricks systems His last name is Reus which sounds like Royce so I now call him Rick Rolls Royce because I feel like I'm in one when I ride my car. My fireman friends now want his system. Thank you Rick a satisfied customer.

WARNING: RACIST OWNED COMPANY. Zero stars. Wasted over an hour and a half of my time. Waited for an hour to give a deposit towards an overpriced sound system, all while Rick Rues was going on about how black people need to relax and that these "riots" (protests) will never solve anything. Also stated that the man that died deserved it because he had "priors". Thankfully I didn't go through with this company owned by a racist white man. He missed out on a nearly $3,000 purchase, even though I had only came in to have a radio installed.. which he wouldn't do unless I had his company's strange speaker system installed.
