I called Dan with Red Hot Hearth upon a recommendation from a friend. He answered and said he would call back to schedule a time to come to the house and give us a quote within a few days. A couple weeks went by so I called but no pick up so left a message. Then my husband called and left a message. No call back... totally ghosted. Very disappointed with what we hoped would be a good fit but not even the decency to call back and say they weren't interested. Poor business model.

I waited to late to contact them. After a chimney fire they came out and inspected the chimney, swept it and patched a few minor issues. They were very professional, through and friendly. Answering our questions and taking care of our issues.I already have them on my calendar for next year.

Was able to squeeze me in the week of Christmas which I know is super lucky! Arrived 15 minutes early, brought a tarp and shop vac to keep the immediate area tidy which I really appreciate. He also answered all my questions as I am a chimney owner newbie. Doesn't nickel and dime and has 38 years of industry experience.
