Some of the hardest workers I've had the experience of meeting for a liquor store. The owner knew what he was doing when hiring the people here because they remind you that good people still exist this world. Cashiers are very helpful and it's conveniently located relatively close to the highway. If I ever stop by the city of orange again, I would definitely choose this store. Bobby is the best! Thanks for your help.

At 2:30pm on 09/08/15 My wife just took a $200 winning scratcher ticket into: RED CARPET LIQUOR 4536 E. Chapman Ave Orange, CA 92869 (714) 633-6090 And the clerk asked her $200? She said yes. He then proceeded to put the ticket into the machine. Upon doing so, he informed her that THEY didn't have enough cash........ so she would need to buy STORE PRODUCT in order to get her $200 worth. My wife said no way, and asked for the ticket back. The store clerk said he could NOT give it back because he already placed the ticket into the lottery machine. My wife then repeatedly proceeded to demand her money, or the ticket back immediately. A few more customers came into the store... with the checkout line growing longer, the clerk reluctantly opened the cash register, and reached under the till. He gave her the $200 and then said she HAD TO spend the money in the store. My wife took her money and immediately left the premises. I REPORTED them to the California Lottery, and upon hearing my story... the officials I spoke with immediately forwarded me to their Law Enforcement Division. What "RED CARPET LIQUORS" did was 100% ILLEGAL. Additionally, a complaint has also been filed with the Better Business Bureau.

The employee is RUDE! Looked at the expiration date on products and found that some of the products expired in 2013! Employee yelled at me because he said that it's not the expiration date. DO NOT shop here!
