This company has no presale phone number or chat service. All chat and phone numbers go to customer support. So, they waste your time trying to get your account number and then are dumbfounded when you contact them to actually ask a simple question before you sign up! It is extremely frustrating. When I finally got through the support person, which may be offshored, they were friendly enough. I guess the mission of this company is to cut cost and discourage new sign ups by eliminating any presales contact. Another poster child for the decline of American customer service.

Daniel S is always on time and super quick and helpful! He makes Ready Refresh the only service we prefer for water delivery!
Update. 2024 - We switched out because our delivery date kept getting changed and we were out of water for nearly a month. Delivery workers are great and friendly, but their support team and planning is absolutely horrendous.

Save your money and sanity. They will bait and switch the prices on you continuously. I called to complain about the price switch after the delivery and they promise it won't happen again and try to give me credit for my next deliveries.... But every time the price switches to more than double or triple the price it says on the website. I was duped into thinking it would only be $19 for a delivery and I was just charge $61... How is this legal?

They bait you with one price and switch it to triple the price when they bill you. Disgusting. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Their customer service is terrible and they'll just continue to tell you it will cost you $19 but bill you over $60....

BE AWARE OF THE BAD WITH THE GOOD: Yes, the water is great. Yes, the website is thorough and helpful. Yes, they use bots in their chat, but if you ask for a human, you get one easily and they try to be helpful. Yes, the delivery folks are great....BUT....you might rent a dispenser at a few bucks a month and, without notifying you, discover it has jumped to over $19 a month. I should have checked my invoice monthly--I'll take responsibility for that. I've rented the same dispenser since 2017, started out at $2.99 and is currently $19.59...FOR THE SAME DISPENSER (now 6yrs old). I'm an idiot, but you don't have to be. Please BUY your own dispensers and do not assume that Ready Refresh will inform you of any price change. They are unwilling to reimburse or be transparent with fees. The practice seems to be legal but morally corrupt. I will be searching for a better water source, since I prefer to deal with venders who don't treat customers with such an exploitative approach.

My favorite part of this service is how the name is the exact opposite of what it delivers. Not only are they never ready, but we are hardly refreshed. We haven't had water in roughly a month of this service due to rescheduling, failed deliveries, or delivering outside of business hours.I can't recommend this service enough if you love being disappointed. One day, I believe we might get our missing water jugs, whether that be next week or a year down the line is really up in the air. One star is generous to say the least.

I've never left a yelp review. I'd give them zero if I could. They not only are liars - and say you didn't update your instructions, but also IF THEY DELIVER EVER will leave your bottles outside to get bird POOP on them so you can't use them! They literally cannot do two things we request, come withinin our 8 hour business window and bring the water upstairs. Also it's impossible to make an appointment, they always don't come, then they just waive your delivery fee to try to appease you, we just want our water! I finally spoke to someone and they told me they themselves have no way to contact their own drivers, this is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. I'd be so embarassed to own this company. We had used them since 2012. Do not use them, they are a scamming scheming company who does not care about their customers at all.

I wish I would have checked these reviews before signing up for water services. I arrived to my office today to find the water jugs outside of the main office rather than my suite. They hadn't been left here before, and it's extra frustrating as I can't carry them myself to my suite because I'm pregnant. Not only that, but the water jugs I left outside of my suite door were not picked up. I called to have them picked up and was told that not only do I have to wait another week but I have to pay for pickup. The best they said they could do is offer me 20% off of my next delivery. No thanks. I'm done.
