This place was pretty busy for a Tuesday evening. The parking lot was full and there's alot of parking available. It's not as big as other Ralph's but has lots of lanes open for check out (actual clerks and self-service). Plenty of pretty sunflowers upon entering the grocery. Nice bakery area too. Soda aisle was stocked. Those are the only aisles I went in... didn't need much.

Tuesday morning at 10am. There's only one checker! Ralph's let your employees work! Nobody wants to use self check when we have a full cart of groceries! The manager is stuck upstairs when the store is full of customers, as a manager come help your staff!!! I will be writer corporate today and complaining for the few staff. Ridiculous.

Writing this review for my elderly mom. She went in for senior hours, 6-7am. Basically got her keys stolen by the cashier on 8/5/21 7am. My mom is soft spoken and doesnt judge anyone, she a retired preschool teacher. My mom left her keys on Antonia Ds register. And that one minute it took my mom to get to the car, and realize she left them behind. She went back, and they were gone. Antonia D wasnt much help. These are senior hours, im guessing this must happen frequently, but for Antonia D, she did not care and just wanted to get the line moving. While my mother was basically left stranded. Could of handled it a better way.

Great for take out or eat there food. You have a choice of different nationalities of food, all hot and ready to eat. Then you can go shopping with an amazing selection of brands of almost anything I was looking for.

Ive been shopling here since Ive moved from woodland hills and thats been about 10 months and yesterday I had the worst experience grocery shopping ever ai had a full cart of groceries it was rush hour and I barely use self checkout when I have a full cart just because how tedious it can be and I chose too anyway and when I decided to do so I did the whole cart but Missed a few items i had racked a total of $160 and PAID! But I missed the eggs and 1 milk and strawberries and I was approached immediately by who ever was working self checkout and they wanted to check my receipt and I had no problem showing them and I even said if i miss anything ill pay for it, let alone I only went thru self checkout due to the lines at the register and she said I missed those few items and I paid for it for a grand total of $18and i had no problem paying it was a honest mistake but then she had the audacity to treat me like a theif and in a manner that was quite embarrassing she was telling me "im no longer able to use self checkout" and other things but in a very rude tone, and Im a paying customer I didnt give her no excuse to "let me go get money from the car" I didnt say "i dont want those items no more can you put them back" I politley paid and for her to act like that with me was quite embarrassing and I was very upset and will never come back to this store again Ive been there and spent more then $500 going through the checkout line but i wasnt gonna wait for 4 people in front when self checkout was clear but that isnt the point its the fact of how I was treated through that experience I hope that employee loses hours or gets fired cause the way she treated me was disrespectful and i was on "checkstand 500" right next to where she stands

I shop here every week, and I can say with confidence that this is probably the friendliest big chain grocery store location I've ever been to. Very happy and helpful staff. They have a great selection of produce, including organic foods at reasonable prices (golden beets anyone?), nice bakery goods, cheeses, hummus, etc., plus of course all the staples. Good variety of craft beer. It's true that the parking lot is quite busy, but I've never had a problem coming/going (lots of small-scale shoppers, so the average time in store seems lowish). Prices are better than Albertson's, selection much better than F&E, and they've got a lot of the nicer goods you can find at TJs or Sprouts for a lower prices/better convenience. Highly recommend!!

After a long drive there from Burbank and fighting traffic, the 1st thing I wanted to do was use the restroom (end of aisle 9). Which was nice and clean. My reason for stopping was to purchase flowers again for another Cemetery. Ralph's has a nice colorful selection of flowers, at decent prices. The ladies that work that department do a great job!

Ralph's is owned by Kroger, who posted massive corporate profit increases last year on the backs of their workers who were on the front line of a worldwide pandemic. And yet, when asked to share some of that profit with those who's labor earned it, Kroger responded by shutting down 4 stores in southern California; shop somewhere else. They said profits are "razor" thin, yet profits increased 90%. Never again will you catch me in a Ralphs or Food 4 Less.

Remember to check for exp dates. Bought a DiGiorno pizza (supreme w/ cheese in crust) in mid March only to find out that it has been expired since Jan 2019. Same exp date for other similar kind. Not doing a good job on checking inventory especially this pizza is closest by the glass door in the frozen pizza aisle.

Used the curb side pick-up a few times. We were enjoying the service, a few hiccups the first 2 times but we couldn't tell if it was us or the store. This last time we waited over an hour for our groceries to be brought out. When they finally came, without the groceries, they said there was a system error and they didn't get the notification we were there. Even though we had called and spoken to someone. Also 3 other cars pulled up and got their groceries during the time we were waiting there. Another 15 minutes and they finally bring the groceries. The guys says hold on I'll bring your receipt and never returns. We finally left without receipt. Will no longer be using this service or shopping at this store

Normally I have a great experience here. Been living in Orange for about 30 years. So I went in to get a few bottles of water. I like trying different brands to see what the flavor is like. So I decided on one, but it was on the top shelf (all the way in the back). So I went to ask the cashier for some help from JT. He was like what do you need? So I answered him. Just some water and he gave me this weird look... and said someone will be right there to help. So I waited... then I noticed that the staff of 5-6 people just group up talking?!?! So I went and asked for help again. Apparently JT is a supervisor. It sure didn't seem like he even care about me as a customer. This is why I'd rather shop at Albertsons, at least they care enough to implement policy's to help customers review the store. I couldn't even find that on the receipt. Just an FYI don't expect any help from JT - Supervisor for the night shift.

Ralphs is kind of expensive compared to where I normally shop however, I love their growing attention to the gluten-free & celiac community. There are very delicious gluten free options in the bakeries' freezer section... delicious even if you don't care about eating a gluten-free diet!

Like most other establishments I've visited in the past few months, Ralphs adheres to COVID-19 safety precautions. I went early, so there weren't too many people. I was able to get all the items I needed (and then some). The staff are always friendly and helpful. It's also convenient for me since it's just down the street from where I live.

I usually don't bother rating places on Yelp; however, this is my second interaction with the Deli department of this store and the attitude of the people that work there is uncalled for. There were 4 people just talking behind the counter and as soon as I walk up, they suddenly became "busy". One even made eye contact with me when she walked by and didn't have to even acknowledged me. One who seems to be orientations another one employee told to "hold on an minute" while he went into details on how to clean some sort of freezer. They seem bothered by costumers. First time I had that experience with therm, I gave them the benefit of doubt, now I know that's best for they can do. I am not sure what is their deal (unhappy with their jobs??) but the bad attitude does reflects in their interaction with customers. This deli department can definitely do better.
