I mainly come to this gas station due to my use of Ralph’s grocery store. I accumulate many points that can be used to discount the cost on fuel. There’s only ever one attendant working with most times there being a tacky sign on the door saying “I’m on Lunch.” It’s not his fault that the business isn’t hiring more staff but expecting him to do the work of 2-3 people is unreasonable.I visited again today to purchase gas after spending $800 at Ralph’s on groceries. Upon my visit the attendant said, I’m changing to trash so it’ll be awhile before I back in to accept your payment.its NOT okay.Considering giving my business to Costco instead.

Good price, but it is kind of stupid that it is one way only. So technically, the second car cannot exit until the car in front leaves.

The ladies at the service deli are basically useless and will ignore you while you stand in front of their station for ten straight minutes before coming up to you and shooing you off by misquoting the prices of their items because they don't want to actually help you. But old blond women who've gone past their terms working in the Ralph's service deli probably have pretty wretched lives in the first place, so I guess I'll go back to my decent life and she can have her wonderful life commanding the service deli counter. Cheers !

Good food. But the menu is limited. Probably hit hard by civid and having a hard time recovering. But what I did have was good.

I order a birthday cake from the bakery Dept from their website 3 days ahead of time. The cake I requested was all black buttercream, when I went to pick up my birthday cake the employee behind the counter asked if I was here to pick up the "black cake" I said yes. The employee proceeded to tell me they don't have black buttercream and that they have to mix it, she showed me the cake it looked like garbage, not even close to black more like a green grayish creation. They should have called and told me as soon as the order was placed instead of waiting until I showed up to pick up my order the day of the party.

I'm from out of state, so take that into consideration. The pump was odd, said see attendant at first. I hit cancel, waited a minute and tried again, then it worked. I had Kroger fuel points that works so I applied 50 cents to get 3.99/gallon gas.Layout of this place is difficult to access. Price after discount made it worth the small hassle.

Located in Woodburry (Irvine), this is one out of two Ralph's that I really like to shop at because it's very clean, organized, a very friendly staff, and definitely has a whole lot of what I would want and priced reasonably well or better. This particular location in Woodbury, while close to home, is probably on par with the one at Austin Ranch.

Just skip this one and go to the 7-11Waited through a massively inefficient line where no one knew what to do- finally get to the pump and it says to pay inside and the door is LOCKED. They’re on break so everyone is waiting to pay and can’t. Immediately went across the way to the 7-11 gas station. At least they can provide the absolute basic service of a gas station

This Gas station is closed frequently. I stopped today to get gas and the tanker was dropping off a load of gas. I was told the full station would be closed for 20 minutes. I left and I can back 40 minutes later and the tanker was gone and all pumps were still closed. I was told it would be closed for another 30 minutes. I question being loyal to Ralphs and shop there for their gas benefits when I can't get gas there. The Ralphs Gas in Fullerton is much more reliable. Disappointed in the service and reliability of this station.
