Staffs here are slow for blood draw. The guy is taking his time and the lady loves chit chat.
Each patient range 15-30 min when they are in the room….

Location is ok. Staff ranges from ok to quite nice. Scheduling is a dice - scheduled on Web, confirmed it was scheduled but email confirmation never came and when at place the appointment was not in the system, had to go as standby waiting for 45min, only thanks to staff guy who felt for me and accommodated, otherwise would be much longer. Another patient also worried as she never received any confirmation either but was lucky as at least her appointment was in the end in the system.

i wish every one was like robert. made me feel comfortable, we had small talk, and he even educated me on the blood tests the dr ordered. SUPER friendly and thorough with everything. he called to make sure i didnt need to fast. NO ONE HAS EVER DONE THAT BEFORE. what a guy.

It was convenient to make an appt and quick to check in. Stephanie was professional and proficient, yet was very friendly and put me at ease. Even though she took 8 vials, she never hurt me. Thank you for making this so easy.

Absolutely fantastic/ I go to this quest every 3 months( at Least) for A1C and other tesets- This is the first time in longer than i can remember where i do not have a large bruise at injection site!! How freaken awesome!! Thank you to the new young lady that will be there from now on!!

Both of the phlebotomists that attempted to draw my blood, 5 times, seemed to be flippant about doing it. I was not their focus and one even turned around to talk to the other, who was out in hall, while the needle was in my arm. I was very dissatisfied and have terrible bruises on both arms from the multiple attempts. I will never go back there and I will tell anyone I know to not go there.

Not sure why this place gets such negative reviews? The location is convenient, booking an appt online is easy and the staff has always been professional and efficient. I've been coming here as long as they've been around and have never been treated unprofessional. The waiting area inside is very small, but I always walk around the store (Vons) until it's my turn. I always come here when I need blood work done.
