Worst lab company ever, and I have worked with many. Absolutely impossible to get a human to resolve billing errors. Then they just delay, blow you off even though they told me directly on Facebook they wanted to contact me to resolve this, and then send me to collections. I already paid the correct amount for these tests and will not pay the several hundred dollars more this company is trying to pressure me for.

I went to the place at Tustin since it's associated with Hoag. I filled in all the patient and insurance information on the website and the app, and received the QR code. I checked in for my appointment on site, but the system kept asking for my insurance card. I was eventually called in, and although the nurse had all my 3 tests on the screen it took her 15 minutes (very slow typing and seemed confused, broken English) to enter whatever information she needed for the tests and to print labels, and to get my insurance information, again, and then asked for $0.91, yes 91 cents, for my copay! She was okey as a nurse and took her 30 seconds to draw the 3 vials. Quest system of operation needs to be streamlined and coordinated properly, and it should go back to having a front desk person and use the nurses to draw bloods ONLY (it's all automated with no attendant). Their operation management team should be replaced asap - look at their overall rating here. I suggest that this company lean from LabCorp, which I am planning to go back to albeit Hoag uses Quest and not connected to LabCorp apps!

This past Saturday i was freaking out because my partner already had his biopsy scheduled for the 1st of February and i had not yet gotten him into Quest fir them to draw the blood for his tests pre-op. We got there after 9am, without an appointment. And the ladies there got us in very quickly. Like in 15 minutes or less. Then they didn't have the "order" on file. We left freaking out even more, and i rushed us home and foubd the order for the needed tests right by the front door. So we rushed back, tsil between my legs, and they saw us immediately. Before we went to the San Clemente office, i read several negitive reviews of this place. I don't say this lightly, and i don't guve gushing reviews if they're nor totally reserving of them. This place, and the ladues on the Saturday crew were amazing! They were kind, pateint, understanding, and totally cooperative with us. They even got the results to where they needed to be promptly, hense removibg this ton of stress i was loaded with becsuse of the situation i was in. I hope this reassures anyone worried about the Saturday Crew! They ROCK! Sincerely, Ray P-----

The Apopka 32703 location always provides great customer service. Sherien has been there a while and is always professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Wait times with an appointment are not long at all.

Quest Diagnostics had my appointment at Costa Mesa office arrived 15 minutes early and checked in with the option to stay outside the office. When my appointment passed, I went inside and looked at the monitor and my name was not there so I asked to see what happened They said that she called my name 5 times but that I didn't answer. I told her I was sitting outside of the office because that's the option I selected when I checked in and told her nobody called my name from outside. She told me my name was taken off the list and I needed to sign in as standby and if I don't like it, I can go somewhere else. I asked for the manager and it looked like there was no manager in the office at that time. This was very bad customer service and staff attitude was uncalled for. It's sad to run a business like this. Bad Company

I love coming to this Quest location because they have a lot of available early time slots and you don't have to pay for parking. Some negatives about the location: 1. I feel like they're always running behind. I choose one of the earliest times and according to the tv, it always seems like the person that was supposed to be helped 15 mins ago is still in the waiting room. So I'm usually not called in until 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment 2. There's a lot of elderly patients that don't know how to use the check-in kiosk. So they'll ask you for help as soon as they walk in. Be prepared to be asked for help if you sit near the kiosks. Other than that, all the workers are extremely friendly and make conversation as they're running the tests/bloodwork so it makes for a joyful experience, even if they are running behind.

If I could give a zero or -10 to this... If I could give a zero or -10 to this company I would. Absolutely pathetic! I've been there three times in a week. They do not have any receptionists and the check in machine that they have has not been working for three weeks. The technicians at work there are overwhelmed, frustrated, and as a result nasty. Walked in today for an 8:40 a m Appointment and they were 12 people waiting, no receptionist, and nowhere to sit. Finally a technician came out and started screaming at me for asking questions. They do not have any receptionists at any of their locations! The scary part is that they are dealing with important blood tests for all of their patients/clients.The most unprofessional, ridiculous, business I've ever seen. Avoid this company at all costs as they seem to feel cost savings on a receptionist is more important than professionalism and safety for their customers. DISGRACEFUL ‼‼‼‼

They are unorganized, they will prompt you to sign in at kiosk and tells you to be on the waitlist and wait for 30-60 minutes but if you follow up your status they'll tell you that there's no guarantee thy you will be called. what's a joke!

Horrible system for intake of patients.. extremely long wait times. The phlebotomist took multiple tries to find my vein. she poked a few times before having someone else take my blood.

I was nervous goin in, filled out my info which was real easy. I had no appointment and only waited less than 10 minutes. I got called by Alvin who drew blood on the first shot. Most places have a hard time. It was quick and easy. For me being in a wheelchair Alvin was real accomadating no problems at all.?

I took my mom to appt for bloodwork. She has mobility issues and rarely leaves home. We were unavoidably a couple of minutes late. She was refused service because she was more than "one minute late.". She tried to sign in as a walk-in. They said that she could not because she had an appt. Even though, for a change the clinic was not very busy. There is also often a billing issue.

I scheduled my appointment online which was super simple. When I arrived, I simply clicked on the text I was sent before my appointment. That was all I had to do to check in. I had an appointment for 6:20am. Theresa called me back at 6:18am. The whole appointment took less than 10 minutes. I had an awesome chat with Theresa! She was the BEST!!! While there was a waiting room of about 10-12 people, they were apparently all walk-in's. This was the best experience ever!!! Thank you Theresa for starting my day off perfect!

I had an 11am appt. It was 11:20 and I had to knock on the door to ask when I was to be seen. One lady open the door & said the staff was in a meeting & didn’t know when it was going to end. Also she stated she could not interrupt to find out when the staff was going to be available to help me. I called their manager, Mr. Simon, he tried calling them to find out what was going on but no one answered. It’s so unprofessional that don’t care about people’s schedule.
