Do not listen to a single bad thing about this office. Every time I have an appointment, I'm in on time. Today, I spent an hour in this quest facility and I have never been treated better by a lab. I am prone to fainting when I get blood drawn, and they took precautionary measures to not only help make me comfortable but make sure I made it out safely. Leonard and Katie catered to my needs and went above and beyond for me. I am so grateful for them and this office. Choose this quest branch if contemplating where to go.

Poor customer service. They do not have a receptionist. They have two quest labs in adjacent buildings. I check in using the mobile and waited for 15 minute past my appointment time. Since they had no reception I hade to ask the partitioner when he came out to bring the next patient in. He was very nice accommodating, unfortunately he let me know that my appointment was and the other building at 1010 W La Veta and I was at 1140 W La Veta. I walked across the parking lot and went into the correct office. This is where things went bad. They also had no reception. So I waited for the partitioner to come out. I explained the situation and she didn’t care. She said she would ask if my name was called already. There was no way to check in again. The only option was to put on the waiting list which could take over an hour. I waited another 20 minutes for someone at the office to at least come back out and let me know if they could get me in. They never came back out. I then scheduled another appointment at the other office for 20 minute later. They need a receptionist to deal with issues.

The only reason I am giving three stars is because generally the techs are very good at their job. However, this complaint is really geared towards management, and maybe corporate. I don't know if it is like this at all the quest offices now, but there is no human being at the front desk, in fact, they have shuttered the front desk, literally. You either check in on your phone, if it works, (which it didnt today) or via kiosk. The poor techs now have to review all the billing, information and collect payment before doing the work they were actually trained to do. There is a security keypad locked door to the back, which tells me possibly they have had security issues. Or more than likely this is a cost-cutting measure, remove as many human beings from the equation as possible. Not much different than the parking structure at this point.

Quest Diagnostics is horrible, they offer walk-ins knowing they have lots and lots of appointments and won't be able to get to you in a timely manner if you're a walk-in. Their check in ipads let you know, that as a walk-in you will have to wait between 30-60min , HUGE LIE , we waited over 2 hours to be seen (2 more people that came in at the same time as walk-ins, same thing waited over 2 hours). It is evident this place is extremely understaffed, by the time they help 1-2 people, 2-3 more are already walking in with appointments. Quest is obviously making good money with less staff which is great for them, but what about the elderly and sick people that have to be waiting hours to be helped (even people with appointments wait too long from what I was hearing), ridiculous place, a joke of a laboratory. As you can see in the picture, they don't even have anyone in the front desk, they have blocked it obviously to $ave more money and continue maximizing THEIR revenue. Quest is a SHAME.

Was given a time sensitive test that my normal Quest gave me yesterday. My normal quest told me to come here today to drop it off at a specific time. They told me I wouldn’t need an appointment for a drop off. I get to this location, there’s no one for you to talk to, you have to make an appointment with the kiosk and wait, and so I did. The girls working there today were so incredibly rude and came out and told everyone in the lobby that they wouldn’t be assisting anyone. After we have all been waiting for 30 minutes. I told them I have time sensitive tests, she “checked” on my tests and told me I have 7 days. When the quest I came from yesterday said I had to turn it in today and that’s why they sent me to this location. They were so rude to everyone waiting and just didn’t care that we all had needs to be met. Don’t go into healthcare if you’re going to be so flippant with peoples lives.

Quest Diagnosis is the absolute worst, the techs don't help you at all. automated kiosk is NOT helpful in all situations!! They take long breaks and take their time.

when you come into any of these offices, there is no one to help you check in. you have to do it in their tablet. unfortunately not everyone knows how to use these (specially the elderly) so you have to rely on the kindness of strangers to help you. I usually help out 3 people when I take my mom. there is also no one in the front desk you help you answer any questions you may have regarding the blood work you are having done. making an appointment through the phone or even online is not that easy. sometimes you have questions about the appointment you are making and if you can have other studies done along with bloodwork. Quest was so much better when you had a live person helping and welcoming you instead of a robot

Workers are so unprofessional and don't want to help when assistance is needed! I walked in with a new born and a appointment scheduled by her doctor and instead of helping us figure out when it was scheduled they made us sign in as a walk in. AND MADE US WAIT TILL THEY WANTED TO HELP US FIGURE IT OUT.

Convenient to have located here. Just wish there was free parking. This is the entrance and the valet area at the tent when available.

A bit late for the appointment, so put in the walk in queue. For over an hour now (as of the writing of this). The entire waiting room has been cleared out except us twice now. And we’re still waiting. I understand that we had to wait longer because we were late. But an hour in an empty waiting room isn’t okay.I don’t know why (and it’s none of my business) but they’ve also sent three people away in this time. One woman left and we made an appointment at another location nearby . There’s no one here and there can’t be a ton of patients in the back because there weren’t that many people who’ve been called back since we got here. I’ve heard less than 5 names called out and two were to be sent away and told to come back another day. Idk what they’re doing back there but it doesn’t appear to be work.Worst quest ever. Better to go to the one at 1140 La Veta. At least they’re competent. If you value your time, do not come here. And definitely do not be late.As I wrote, one of the employees came out and asked for our name again. My husband asked if we’d be going in soon because if not, we’ll leave because we made another appointment. She rudely responded “yeah I just said you’d be called in”

What a joke! They cut a receptionist to cut costs. Greeted by an ipad. If old people dont know how to use it, they are basically told to screw off. Overbooked and expect to wait at least 45 min past your appointment time. Screw this company.
