Got a Groupon on a Friday, called the day of and was able to schedule an appointment for Saturday morning. The price was very reasonable, and the owner/workers were punctual, efficient and friendly. The owner was also very nice and recommended me where to go for other needed work. Would recommend! I will go back to them even without a Groupon!

Took my vehicle into Quality Auto Care. I spoke to Luis who was polite and professional. Luis conducted a diagnostics test on my vehicle. Luis is an honest individual and does great work. Thanks again I will be returning if I ever need any work done on any of my vehicles. I highly recommend this establishment.

I'm a dummy when it comes to car maintenance and tried replacing a headlight bulb myself. When it still didn't work, I took it to a chain service shop, which told me it would take 2 days to do an electrical diagnostic and cost $120 just to do that. They didn't even offer to check if it was something simpler first. So I looked up other auto shops in the area and called Quality Auto Care. They told me they could get me in the next day, no problem. They checked my car and discovered that I had replaced my hi-beam, not low-beam, didn't have to run a diagnostic or anything, and had the car ready to go within an hour for only $30--five bucks less than I spent buying new bulbs on my own. And I wasn't made to feel like an idiot for making the silly mistake in the first place. Luis is a good guy and runs an honest shop. Will definitely be back next time I have a car issue!

My car was inspected by another mechanic who said there was a transmission fluid leak. Brought it to Quality Auto Care for a second opinion and Luis helped me out, showing me that that wasn't the issue. I appreciate the honesty here so I brought my other car in for an oil change, which was cheaper and faster than any other shop. I highly recommend this shop!

Safe yourself money and frustration and avoid this place! Went in for a simple oil change. Was told I needed an appointment which was fine so I made one and I also asked him to give me a quote on brake replacement. He told me he would email me a quote. I enemy back 3 days later when I had an appointment and they brought my car around and put it up on the lift. I was sitting right by the door to the shop watching them in the shop. Their "mechanic" went to go change my oil and stripped my oil plug and couldn't get it out. He had a worried look on his face and he came to get what I am assuming was the owner, who then proceeded to tell me that the prior location stripped it and he wasn't going to be able to fix it I went to the last location because I wanted them to fix what I was told they broke and they stated that this location broke it. Now my car is leaking oil (which it wasn't doing before they touched it) and I have to go to the dealership to pay for a replacement part.

I purchased the Full Synthetic Oil Change from Groupon and called the shop to make the appointment. I got the appointment on the next day. I showed up on time in the next day and Luis helped me immediately. He was courteous and professional. He also did the inspection of the car and 40 minutes later my car was done. Thanks, Luis

Luis helped me out, replaced my spark plugs and ignition coil. Had to wait a while but it's like every work. No rush and had a good experience. Will be coming back.
