Horrible communication, and they rushed my repair to the point where it is blatantly obvious where damage occurred. They neglected to check vital parts within my car that lead to me having to bring it back, only for them to keep it sitting without inspection or actual work being done. I genuinely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, unless you are like me and it is one of the few your insurance accepts.

I called to make an appointment to take my car. Marlene answered in an extremely rude way. I asked her if the shop was going to be open on Friday to take my car, she did not used words to respond yes or no instead she answered “uh na” (professional, right?) she continued using a very rude tone of voice. For sure will look for a different shop. If that was just the phone call, I can only imagine their overall customer service…
